Me, Maddie, and Kenzie all wait for Mom to pick us up from school, and sooner or later she shows up and we all climb in
"Hi Mom, hi Mel," We all say
"Sissys" Melody says to us
"Hi girls how was school" Mom asks up
"Good mom" all of us responded
"Mom I had a spelling test today and I did well on it," Kenzie said
"That's good Kenzie," Mom said and I high-five her
Sooner or later we arrive at the studio and go get dressed and all walk into pyramid

"Let's talk about Starbound competition, can we have a round of applause? Whoo-hoo!" Ms.Abby says and we all clap
"Okay, so, Brooke, you blew them away, The people sitting around me were in awe when you did your handstand twist. But why all the drama with the hip? Hm? If you are seriously injured, you don't need to go to your mother and get everybody worked up, you come to me-- And that needs to be clear, yes?" Ms.Abby says and Brooke nods her head
"I want to talk about this week's competition." Ms.Abby tells us and reveals the pyramid.

"You see there's someone new on top. Yes, Brooke, you are here because of your performance. You worked through an injury, you did what you had to do, you were a team player. You are getting a solo this weekend. Alright Mya, Chloe, and Maddie, you are also getting solos this weekend. The bottom row, what am I supposed to do with you five? You need to step it up, you need to get your butts right back into class and start working on your technique. And you know what, since we're going to be in Pittsburgh this weekend, I'm going to give every single one of you a solo." Ms. Abby says and all of us look surprised and happy
Melody raises her hand
"Yes Melody," Ms.Abby asks her
"Even me," She asks and all of us laugh
"Yes honey even you," Ms.Abby says to her and she smiles so big

"Alright, ladies I have a lot of solos to do in a little bit of time so let's move girls and Moms head out but Melody stay in here and Brooke head to Studio B. Everyone else waits for your turns," Ms.Abby says and we all go out and go to class and wait around for our solo rehearsals later in the night Ms.Gia walked into my tap class
"I'm sorry can I have Mya it's her solo time?" Gia asks the teacher
"Absolutely Mya good job and I will see you next week," My teacher tells me

------Solo Rehearsal------

"Hi babydoll you ready," Ms.Abby tells me
"Yes," I tell her
"Okay so your solo is a Jazz solo because I hear you are getting better at Jazz and it is called "All That Jazz" It is very sassy and has a lot of legs and jumps in it okay," Ms.Abby says and I shake my head
We learn the choreography and it is really fun but hard
"Good job girly you all have learned a lot I mean you, Maddie, Kenzie, and Melody learned their solos in about 45 minutes alright let's run it a couple of times then you will be done okay we can clean and stuff tomorrow," Ms.Abby says and we run it a few more times after that I thank her and leave

I see Mom at the front desk
"Hi Mom," I tell her
"Hi, honey how was solo?" She asks me
"Good I get to do a Jazz one," I say
"That's good alright why don't you go get dressed then we can go home and get dinner into you and your sisters," Mom tells me and I tell her okay so I go get dressed and we all leave and get Mc Donald and get home go to sleep

——Three Days Till Competition——

Me and Maddie have to be at the studio early to have a private to go over our solos
"Good Morning ladies alright I have a plan for the both of you okay" Ms.Abby tells us and we look at each other
"Alright so you both are going to be doing two solos Maddie you are doing of course cry and a new routine a cappella okay, now Mya you have two choices okay you can either do Bridge Of Light, or Rules Of Beautiful okay so you decide and of course you are going to do All That jazz now Maddie you will be with me and James in studio A and Mya you will be with Gia and Aron in studio B okay let's go," Ms.Abby says and me and Maddie go into the den to get ready and we go
"Alright you ready," Ms.Gia asked me
"Yes, "I told her and I got ready in my beginning position and I did the dance and finished it
"Okay that was good remember what I told you though in class get your shoulder out of your ears okay, and get your leg up okay they are a little low," Aron says to me and I nod my head
