After what happened that night, my mom said it would be best to just get the hell out of cali' so we did that. In fact, we moved to another part of the world entirely.
I still get flashbacks to that night, the sound as they both hit the floor. I lost my two best friends that night. One of them was him. He was my everything.
It's cliche what they say, but like most cliche things, it's right. Your life can change overnight. I never thought that would happen to me, but then again, no one ever does.
Moving to New South Wales, Sydney, Australia wasn't in my cards until now. I just wanted to be with him.
