Bonus Ch 1

Hi beautiful people,
I was just reading my old stories to get in the zone and I realized there are so many spelling errors, typos and incorrect relationships/age. So, I will be correcting those errors and reposting the chapters; alongside I will also be posting the bonus chapters as I don't want to start a new story. Some bonus chapters will be from flashbacks,some will be from where I ended the story.
Let me know what you would like in the bonus chapter.

Bonus chapter 1
Nandini's vanity van

"Nandini I think you should just go get checked up. You have not been feeling well since a week"

No Karan, I am fine. Let's resume the shooting. Aaj yeh scene finish kar hi letey hai. I know because of me we have been behind the schedule

"Are you sure Nandini? We can cancel the shooting and reschedule if you are not feeling well?"

No, I am fine. You go and get started and I will be there, said Nandini

Karan nodded and about to leave but Nandini stopped him

Karan, can you not tell Manik about this. He is in switzerland for shooting I don't want him leaving the shoot and come running back to me

"Okay! But he finds out you better save me"

"Cut! Cut! Cut!"

Nandini, let's take one more. Feel nahi aa raha hai. Think you just found out that your husband is a "sperm donor" and have thousands of kids running around in the world but now you both can't have kids. I want the anger, disappointment, frustration; it should look natural. Okay! Aryaman (Khurana) Nandini you both ready. Okay, lights, camera and ACTION!

"And CUT! Great job guys. Pack up for the day"

Knock, knock

Nandini yelles, "Come in"

Aryaman walks in and look at Nandini who is removing her makeup and her hair artist is fixing her hair

I didn't realize you are busy. I will come back later, says Aryaman

Arey Aryaman come nah! Lata dd, I can do my hair from here. Aap bhi jao. Aaj ke liye apki chutti

Lata dd left and Aryaman comes and sit on the couch

Nandini says, so what's up our rising start? You look a little dull today.

How did you know? Asked Aryaman

C'mon Aryaman, we have been shooting for the last 8 months aab itna toh pata chal hi jata hai jab apka co-actor sad ho. What's up? ANything I can help you with?

Actually I am little stressed yaar, says Aryaman

Kyu? Kya hua? Asked Nandini

You know yaar I have been in the industry for years. Like I am getting movie roles but not like a big breakthrough. I am still considered a struggling actor. I don't have that big pool of roles to choose from (Please don't be mad Aryaman's Khurana fan. I like him too. I think Vicky donor was his big break and just shined after that). I just hope this film works yaar. I wanted to talk to someone but I don't have friends who can understand our industry. So I thought of talking to you. You been in the same shoe so you can understand

Aryaman, our industry is very weird and dysfunctional. Like if my movie works I am the raging queen of the bollywood and suddenly if my film fails to bring the audience and make money the news headlines say "Is Nandini era ending" or if there is a new comer who is younger and beautiful, the headline will say I am jealous of them or I am replaced and so on.

I have been in the industry for long enough to know that everyone is replaceable! If you don't work hard and appreciate what you have; there are 10 other people in the line waiting for your spot. So, my dear friend, just work hard and trust your audience.

Give your 110% aur baki toh sab fans ke upar hai. You know fans may just come to watch us on screen because they love us but if the story line is not good then they won't come back. It's all about the story. They don't know the real us. Our fans know us through the characters we play. And this film is going to be your GAME CHANGER! You and I, we may not be the raging king and queen of Bollywood forever but this movie will be the turning point for our industry as well. So, take chances and be open to failure and learn again.

Nandini gets home after a tiring day at shoot.

"Mom, Mom"

Nyonika comes out hearing Nandini calling for her

Aagaya mera baccha

"Hum.... Aadarsh kaha hai mom"

Meine sula diya hai usse. Tu tension matt le. Jaa fresh ho kar aaja mein dinner lagati hu

"Okay"

Nandini, Manik ne call kiya?

"Nahi mom. Abhi woh shooting mein busy hoga."

Kab tak ayega?

"Ana toh last week ko tha but he said shooting schedule badh gaya hai. So, maybe next week"

Tum dono bhi. Shadi ko do saal hone ko lag gaye hai and you both have hardly spend time together

"I know mom but have decided to spend quality time together for our second anniversary. No, fancy stuff just "US TIME"

After 3 days

Nandini picks up Aadarsh and starts playing with him. He is soon to be 2 years old. Nyonika walks in and smiles looking at the sight.

Nyonika thinks
Nandini has balanced her career and this house so perfectly. She even spends time and loves Aadarsh like her own. Mere dono baccho ko kisi ki nazar na lagey

Nandini aaj shooting pe nahi jana? Nayonika brings two cup of coffee

Nandini takes her cup and settle Aadarsh on her lap
Nahi Mom, aaj shooting nahi hai. Mere scenes warp up ho chuke hai. Aab 2-3 weeks mein dubbing start hogi toh I'll be busy again. Iss liye socha aaj pura din mein Aardarsh se sath spend karu

And what is all this about? Nyonika points at few scripts laying on her table

You know kabhi kabhi directors ko no bolna kitna muskhil hota because you are friends with them. So, yeh sab scripts hai jo mujhe padhane hai

No mom, abhi padhne ka man nahi kar raha

Nyonika gets up and stands behind the couch and slowly starts massaging Nandini's head. Nandini relaxes with her touch and closes her eyes

I know you've been stressed. You know I am here if you want to share, says Nyonika

Mom, I am just scared.

Nandini Murthy Malhotra, my daughter in law is scared. Why? What happened?

Mom, what is the right age to get pregnant?

Nandini smiles at her daughter in law's innocence, "Nandini there is no right or wrong age to get pregnant. For sure kid is a big responsibility and you have to give time and attention to your kids' upbringing. It's when you both are ready to take that responsibility at the right time. If you have concerns about the timing, age and women's time clock; maybe it's not the right time.

Mom, if in the future Manik and I have our own kids, will my love for Aadarsh be less? When Aadarsh will grow up and know that we are not his real parents, will he hate us? Mom, I'm just very insecure. I'm thinking about my career, kids, future kids; I am not sure if I will be able to handle all these responsibilities. What if I fail mom?

Being insecure is normal Nandini and that shows that you care. You have accepted and loved Aadarsh like your own; how can your love ever be less for him. You accepted him in the lowest of your time; how can he ever hate you. You will never fail because we all are with you. And about career, I have seen my ex husband, my son and now my daughter in law; one thing I will say is in the movie industry nothing is permanent; so what you can do is just enjoy the process and live your moments to the fullest. As time changes priorities change too and when priorities change you will learn how to manage them.

In the evening

Aadarsh open your mouth aahaa..... Good boy ... my baby is so good. You always listen to mumma right
(Nandini is feeding him mashed bananas)

Aadasrh chuckle and claps his hands "Mumaa....."

Good boy! Say mumma one more time

Papaaaaa paaaaa......

Papa nahi baby mumaa mummaa.....

Aadarsh points his finger behind Nandini, "Paapaa paaa..."

Before Nandini could turn she got twirled in the air with Aadarsh clapping and enjoying the moment

Manikk.... Put me down. Adarsh yahi hai and mom bhi yahi hai

Manik ki jana... I missed you sooooo sooooo much and look at our son how happy he is looking at his papa loving his mumma

Manik puts Nandini down. As soon as her feet touched growd she turned and pouched on him. Manik also reciprocated the hug with equal flavor.

Seems my biwi missed me too

Tum last week aane wale the

You know nah jana the shooting got delayed due to weather in switzerland

But I still miss you

Manik breaks the hug and cups her cheeks, "I miss you more...."

Aadarsh claps again trying to get attention from his parents. Manik smiles and pick him up

Yeah yeah papa missed you too champ. Apne mumma and granny ko jyada pareshan toh nahi kiya?

Dinner table

Mom maza hi aa gaya. You know I missed your food from the last whole month
Nyonika feed him from her own hand and Nandini was quietly having her soup.

Nandini you don't have to try chole? Asks Nyonika

No mom, I am on a strict diet for my next movie so I am going to chicken soup only

After the dinner

Nandini takes Aadarsh to his room. Only Manik and Nyonika left in the drawing room

Mom, is everything okay? Nandini thodi chup chup si lag rahi hai?

Just talk to her. Mein Aadarsh ke sath soti hu aaj

Nandini is lying beside Aadarsh. Manik comes and carry Nandini on his arms

Manik kya kar rahe ho Aadarsh so raha hai?

Mom is coming and she will sleep with Aadarsh tonight.

Manan bedroom

Manik places Nandini on the bed and hovers over her. Nandini places her arms around his neck and pulls him closer to him and slammed her lips on his and starts chewing his lips; Manik let her do what she was doing. After feeling like eternity she left his lips and hid her face on the crook of his neck. Manik got up and secured her on his lap; she held him tighter

Nandini kya hua hai? Now you are scaring me

Manik, I think I AM PREGNANT!
