Nabi walked into the practice room her hands glued to her phone as she typed quickly ignoring the suspicious looks that were given to her by her members. Her eyes never left her phone smiling, and ignoring how close her some of her members were getting.
Jay looked over at Jake confused at Nabi's fast typing and smile that lined her face. It was strange to see her so focused on her phone, usually it would be left in a random studio. Jake sat next to Nabi trying to see why she was focused on her phone the entire time instead of saying hi to them.
She sensed Jake sitting down next to her leaning in closer to see what she was doing. Quickly she turned off her phone and leaned in to him a small smile lining her lips.
" Hello Jakey." She said giving him an innocent look, he smiled at her putting his arm around her shoulders.
" Hi Céce." He responded his hand reaching slightly reaching for her phone.
" What are you doing?" She asked her eyes not leaving Jake's, she could feel his fingers wiggling against her arm trying to reach for her phone in her hand.
" Nothing, I just felt like hugging you." He answered
She knew when he was bluffing or better yet lying to her.
" Uh huh, yeah. So tell me why Jay is a couple centimeters away from me if you wanted to hug me?"
" Group hug?" He said, he sounded unsure of his answer, he was unsure of his answer. He wanted her to believe him, but knowing Nabi she already knew what he was doing the moment he started talking.
" That's certainly a lie, but not a very good one my dear." She said getting up from the floor and twords the door still staring at her phone. Ni-Ki opened the door allowing her to leave the dance studio still looking down at her phone.
" Na! You're going to crash into a wall!" Ni-Ki yelled watching her walk into a wall and drop her phone, she picked up her phone looking back at her members who were laughing quietly at her. She glared at then and walked back in the room sitting down next to Sunoo.
" Stop laughing at me." She mumbled elbowing his arm still looking down at her phone, he laughed slightly peaking over at her phone. His eyes widen seeing how she was texting, he had never seen so many hearts in one text. He gasped loudly covering his mouth and looking up at Nabi and back at the phone. She looked at him confused, it took her a second to realize why he was gasping
" Is that who I think it is?" He asked trying not to bring any more attention to them. She nodded slightly watching his shock face turn into excitement.
" Shh, be quiet no one knows!" She whispered back, he nodded leaning to read the messages even more cringing at seeing her act so sweet with someone.
" Here I thought you were always mean." He whispered
She hit his knee glaring at him, before going back to her phone.
" Come on guys, let's practice this one last time." Jungwon said
" Give me a sec." She said
" Hyung, don't you think we should take her phone away as a prank?" Ni-Ki mumbled to Heesung, never in a million years did he think to mess with Nabi and her phone, but she was on it all day and it was getting on his nerves a little. He simply nodded and pulled Jay to him.
" We're going to take Nabi's phone." Heesung whispered
" Why?" Jay asked
" She's acting really suspicious lately, plus I think it would be funny!" Ni-Ki said
" Yeah, it'll be funny Jay." Heesung reassured him, he raised his eyebrow looking over at the giggling Sunoo and Nabi and back to Heesung and Ni-Ki.
" She wouldn't like it." Jay warned
" It's going to be hilarious, you should tell Jake and Jungwon hyung!" Ni-Ki responded.
" When I tell you, it's a bad idea. It's a really bad idea." Jay mumbled to himself walking over to Jungwon and Jake, he filled both of of them in agreeing that it would be a little funny and that nothing could go wrong. Sunoo didn't know, Sunghoon had left the room and Nabi was still glued to her phone.
Sunoo watched Nabi's disturbingly adorable conversation unfold in messages, everything was going well. But he did notice that Jungwon didn't say anything else about practicing, maybe he had a change of heart.
Ni-Ki nodded at Heesung, who gave the other three a thumbs up, the prank was in motion. Ni-Ki ran twords Nabi and Sunoo catching Nabi off guard as he ripped her phone out of her hands. He looked at her phone seeing the contact name Minmin🩵.
" Hey Nabs, who's MinMin?!" Ni-Ki teased
" No one! Give me back my phone Ni-Ki!" Nabi yelled getting up from the floor running twords Ni-Ki, he threw her phone over to Heesung, who raised an eyebrow at the contact.
" who is MinMin Nabi?" Heesung questioned
" Literally no one! Just give me my phone!" She yelled
Heesung gave it to Jake who gasped loudly covering his mouth and tossing it twords Jay, who threw it to Jungwon. She charged twords Jungwon, extending her hand out to him.
" Just give me my phone Wonnie." She said
Jungwon's eyes widen as his eyes scanned every single inch of her text messages between her and MinMin.
" I can't wait to see you again pretty girl? No way, is this is a guy?!" Jungwon asked throwing it back again at Ni-Ki. She was getting annoyed with them, she was about to strangle Ni-Ki if he didn't give her, her phone back.
" SERIOUSLY! GIVE IT TO ME!" She yelled grabbing Ni-ki's arm trying to jump on him and take the phone from his other hand. He threw her phone again this time Sunoo caught it signaling that he caught it.
" Guys, this is Nabi's phone. We shouldn't throw it around like it's a ball!" Sunoo said
" Thank you! God at least one of you has some decency to respect my privacy." She said
Sunoo's mouth dropped seeing what he saw on her phone.
" Nabi your phone is ringing!" He yelled panicked, he showed them her phone screen and watched in horror as Sunoo threw the phone over to her, her fingers nearly grabbed her phone only for Ni-Ki to take it once more.
She watched the phone get answered by Ni-Ki and put on speaker, she jumped on his back wrapping her arms around his neck.
" Give me my phone back Nishimura!" She yelled
" GOT OFF OF ME YOU WHALE!" He yelled
" NISHIMURA DID YOU CALL ME A WHALE?!" She screamed, he threw the phone over to Sunoo. She quickly jumped off Ni-Ki and ran twords Sunoo getting her phone back, she saw that the call had been answered.
" OH NI-KI YOU ARE SO DEA-"
Once again her phone was hit out of her grip, they all watched as her phone flew across the practice room and straight twords the door, the door opened. Sunghoon had two white plastic bags, Nabi screamed out his name running twords him with the rest of their members running after her.
He watched the phone fly twords him, he ducted down shielding his face with the bags. Nabi watched in horror as her phone flew over Sunghoon and crash into the wall.
" NO!" She screamed jumping over Sunghoon and straight twords her phone. She looked down picking up her phone she watched pieces of the screen fall onto the floor. Sunghoon put down the bags and walked over to Nabi, he saw the cover of her phone.
" Oh, that's really shattered." He pointed out, she turned to face the scared members.
" Oh you, are all so fucking dead!" She yelled, she tried running twords them, but her foot got caught in the bags. She tripped on the bags causing the food that was inside the crush and open at the force. She looked down and saw that her entire outfit had been stained with all different types of liquids and sauces.
Sunghoon helped her up watching her eyes turn from shocked to anger. He grabbed a napkin and started wiping down her shirt, she grabbed his hand stopping him from wiping anymore.
" Stop, I am going home, and don't expect me to come back!" She yelled
" How are you going to get hom-"
" I'LL FIGURE OUT A WAY!" She yelled walking away from the shocked boys. Jay walked over to see the mess on the floor and the shocked faces around him.
" Didn't I tell you? It was a bad a idea." He said walking back into the practice room.
