Daniella was currently rereading her favorite book in her room with her candles lit. Flipping to the next page the girl continued to read before suddenly, stopping.

Something felt off

"Oh shit!" Daniella said before looking at her clock on her table side. "shit, shit, shit!" Daniella muttered under breath, closing her Little Women book shut, as she got up from her bed and tied her combat boots. Grabbing her small backpack that laid beside her door before quickly slipping it on. She quickly grabbed her house keys, blew out her candles, and opened her bedroom door to the hallway, shutting it closed before being met with nothing but darkness.

Slowly reopening her bedroom door she grabbed the candle that was closer to her before she felt through her pocket for her lighter she once 'borrowed.' Lighting up her candle she slowly exited her room once more.

"Mama?"

Silence

"Davina?"

Silence again

Slowly walking down her narrow hallway, candle still being lit, she flipped her kitchen light switch on before still being met with darkness. "Oh you got to be fucking kidding me." Daniella slipped her bookbag off before unzipping it and grabbing her journal and pen, placing it on the counter before writing a note saying to her mom and sister that she was going out with her friends and not to worry.

"I don't have time for this, I'm already late as it is, Bill's gonna kill me," Daniella muttered before shoving her journal and pen back into her backpack, slipping it back on.

Just before she could leave the kitchen and enter the living room towards the front door Daniella heard a crash coming from what seemed to be her room. "What the hell?" She whispered to no one in particular.

Candle still in hand she left her backpack on her kitchen counter before making her way to her bedroom. Opening the door she walked in slowly before almost tripping over something. Quickly looking down she saw her book half open facing down as she only could see the cover.

Bending down and picking up her book before placing it back on her table side, she turned her head before gasping.

Once again IT was looking right at her, straight in the eye. IT wrapped its hands around Daniella's neck just like before.

Her only source of light flickered off
