THIS CHAPTER CONTAINS MATURE & TRIGGERING THEMES LIKE:
[ 💔 = extreme violence ]the next day rolled around rather quickly, jooyeon and jiseok had gotten up early to have breakfast with seungmin since he'd be in europe for the next week and they needed to get some time in together.
jiseok was dreading going, he didn't much care for being social besides with jooyeon, and they had just gone out last night. he didn't see the need for them to do so again, especially so early.
the couple dressed comfortably since they'd be going back to sleep later when they got home anyways.
seungmin, jooyeon, and jiseok sat together in a booth as they looked over the menu and what to order.
jiseok basically just sat there while his boyfriend conversed with his friend, not doing anything besides doodling on his napkin with a pen he found on the table.
seungmin noticed the boy's timidness and attempted to invite him into the conversation. "what are you drawing?" seungmin asked curiously as jooyeon peaked over as well.
"just a logo i've seen at my company," jiseok shrugged a little, blatantly lying as he glanced up quickly at the two.
"he draws them everywhere~ they're all over my songbook," jooyeon explained with a small chuckle, neither jooyeon nor seungmin thinking twice about what seemed to be an innocent little design on jiseok's napkin.
the rest of the morning continued like that, jooyeon and seungmin talking amongst themselves as jiseok quietly observed, waiting for the breakfast to be over.
around halfway through, jiseok had excused himself from the table to go to the bathroom. which was not the case whatsoever. he'd been eyeing a waiter since they got there and he figured why not get it over with now?
jiseok had familiarized himself with the boy since he was hired to kill him weeks ago but he was so occupied with jooyeon, he simply just forgot. so many other jobs of his had been put off for his plan for jooyeon.
that would all be taken care of soon.
[💔] (look for 2nd broken heart to skip)
jiseok discreetly followed the waiter out of the restaurant and to the back of the building where there were no cameras; usually where the employees would go for smoke breaks but jiseok had other ideas.
he snuck up behind the male, thrusting the handheld blade he always kept on him into the male's lower back, aiming for any sort of vital organ.
jiseok's ears savored the choked grunt he let out as the blade pierced his organs, his lips forming a smile as he twisted the blade inside before forcefully retrieving the knife from his back.
he shoved the male up against the brick wall, watching his already limp and helpless body slump against it. usually, people still had some sort of fight left in them, trying to plead or cry.
but, this guy just stared at jiseok. no emotion on his face whatsoever. jiseok wasn't sure what that was about and it almost made his murder not fun.
that was until jiseok plunged the blade into the boy's abdomen as many times as he could, carving slits and covering his entire stomach with stab wounds, watching as the boy's uniform soaked up with his blood.
that crazed rush filled jiseok immediately. he missed this so much, he hadn't been able to feed this craving for a while, it was hard to with jooyeon always around.
jiseok hurriedly cleaned his hands on the male's shirt, using whatever wasn't already covered in his blood, wiping the blade off as well before shoving it back in his pocket and returning inside to jooyeon and seungmin.
