As we all patrol Esme brings us sandwiches which Leah refuses hers as the rest of us take one with a smile saying a small thanks for the food and sit while hearing the others howl in the distance "they are trying to keep us on edge" I say softly leaning into Embry's side "it's working" Seth says as I nodding then I yawn and Embry looks at me "tired love?" He asks putting his arm around me tighter as I nod he stands and soon picks me up along with him

As he Carrie's me to the Cullens house Carlisle opens the door seeing me half asleep in Embry's arms "you guys can use a guest room" he turns to rose "can you show them the way?" He asks softly and she nods  silently showing us the room with a small scowl on her face   As I drift off when Embry places me down

-next day-

I wake up the next day Embry isn't next to me as I jump up running to find a bathroom as I feel like I'm going to puke and I rush past she stops me and shows me the door down the hall where the bathroom is and I make it to the toilet just in time with Alice rubbing my back "sorry" I say weakly as I flush the toilet and she soon brings me a toothbrush and other necessities I need to wash my mouth after throwing up and I sit in the bathroom sighing "it's ok y/n do you know what's wrong?" She asks softly and I smile softly shaking my head "no I wish I did" I say feeling like I'm going to puke again Carlisle soon comes in with water and gives me his hand to help me up as the feeling passed "thank you wheres Embry ?" I ask as I'm led by Carlisle into a room that looks like a checkup room "wait what's happening?"

Carlisle makes me sit down on the bed as he does the basic checkups and as we wait for the results Jake and Embry rush in "what's wrong with her?" They ask at the same time "guys I'm fine I just feel a little sick" I say motioning for them to calm down and I giggle at how protective they both are and Carlisle stands up "boys she is fine she's just pregnant" all of our eyes go wide "I'm.. what?!" I put a hand on my stomach as Jake looks like he could kill Embry and Embry is frozen in his spot.

I walk over to Embry and put a hand on his chest and he snaps out of his frozen state as he softly puts a hand on my stomach and smiles finally "I'm going to be a dad?" I nod and Jake suddenly grabs Embry by the back of his neck rushing outside and phasing and Embry phases soon after and they are growling at each other "JAKE STOP" I say angrily "YOU CANT HURT HIM REMEMBER WE IMPRINTED ON EACH OTHER" Jake stops walking but continues to growl at Embry and I stand in front of Embry "Jacob calm down now" I say angrily and Jake eventually calms down and they soon shift back

Soon jake goes to talk to the Cullens and then he comes out storming to the treaty line as Embry Seth Leah and I rush to talk to him "we have to phase jacob we can't protect ourselves like this" Leah says and jacobs head snaps towards her "they will see it as a threat" we hear howling and footsteps coming closer "yea it'd be nice to hear you too" Jacob says as Paul, Quil, and Jared "coming home jake?" Quil asks  "not a chance" I say growling and Paul glares at me and Embry steps up protectively

"I want Sam to take back Leah Seth Embry and y/n" he says not looking at us as we rush forward with protests and the three boys glare "I want to wait until Bella is separated from the problem" he continues "you mean until she's dead" Paul snaps "ease up Paul" Quil says and I smile a little at my once best friend before all hell broke lose soon we hear howls in the distance Embry and I looking at each other confused as jake smirks and Paul turns back to us angrily "you played us!" He says storming off and Quil hangs back a bit smiling at us then leaves "what was that about?!"

I smack jake in the arm as he walks back to the Cullens house  "a distraction while some Cullens go to feed before bells gives birth" I stop shocked and then smile to Jake "that's sweet" I say as we all walk away and Jake goes inside soon we hear commotion as we assume Bella is about to give birth
