The best tip for surviving today is to simply make sure that you are nourishing your body. 

I am someone who use to be so sad, as we keep saying and during this time I was so sad I literally ate nothing but sleep, I lost so much weight, and at the end of my sadness, I did not even look like myself. 

I do not want that for you at all.

Even if you d not feel as though you are hungry make sure you're at least eating a snack. 

You know what they say

" You are what you eat" 

That's not a fib

When I didn't eat, I use to feel so sluggish and wonder why I didn't have any energy, how can you have any energy when you're not even putting anything in your body to nourish you?
