Mridula's POV
The continued beeping of the heart monitor woke me up from my sleep
Waking up it toke a few minutes for my eyes to settle in the lighting taking a note of the surroundings the big brightly lit room with the hint of dettol in the atmosphere i tried to get up
My eyes Settling on the light brown eyes staring back at me smiling ever so lightly and looking sick
I sat on the three legged stool looking at the pale gorgeous face of a teenager.
Knowing that maybe that will be my last night where i sleep without a nightmare.

I woke up screaming from my dream and realized there is a continuous banging on my room's door .
Shivering i walk towards the door unlocking it and find a very worried face outside SHUBMAN.
I don't know why but i felt relieved that he was there , calm, something not everyone can make me feel.
"Kya hua are u ok" he asks shaking me slightly by my shoulder thats when i realize that i had not answered his questions since he came
( "what happened are u ok")
"Huh..ye..yeh no i am ok" i say
"Man you scared the shit out of me" he says
"Here drink some water you look like you just saw a ghost" he says. Was he sounding concerned or is it just me
"What's wrong why were you screaming" he asks
"Nothing just..(inhaling) had a bad dream."
If only I could tell.
"Are you alright do you want to talk about it you know you can trust me it's alright" he says
"No it's alright i was just a silly dream" i reply
If only i knew it was not silly only i knew how terribly it affected me only i knew how heart crushing the truth behind it is. If only my heart would allow to tell u the truth
"Ok if u say so, u should get some rest we got a long day ahead... good night "he says

I knew she was lying. I mean i get it people get nightmares and it completely normal so do i, but I could see how much it had affected her. I dropped the topic sensing that it was making her uncomfortable.
I get-up to leave as soon as i reached the door
