I looked around and there you are.

Reaching my hand out but you're too far.

I'm calling out to you.

But you don't even move.

Pulling myself up and scrambling to my feet.

Fall back down but I can't taste defeat.

I'm crawling towards you.

But you don't even move.

Reaching my hand out you are now in my grasp.

I look into your eyes and couldn't stifle my gasp.

In your eyes there is a vacancy.

No one's home as far as I can see.
