- User can rescue people with this cuff. For example, if building is collapse, user can tie people and pull people out from the building like Hawks wings

- User must become cunning and careful when using this quirk
Weakness:
- User can't control a lot of people at the same time
- User must be fast to cuff and control their enemies moving or the cuff will destroyed by combat quirk
