The sun descended behind the sea spreading the orange hue all around as Neil drove through the busy streets of Mumbai.

"Ouch you violent lady why did you hit me"Neil rubbed his arm as Riya smacked him on his arm.

"Idiot you were so rude to Avni and as always overdid it"Riya reminded glaring at him.

"Yeah you are right,I should have atleast bid her bye she would have felt so bad" Neil sighed a look of remorse passing through his face.

"Now don't get sad,you can apologise to her,I am sure she would forgive you,she seems such a sweet person"Riya assured while Neil nodded knowing very well that Avni would forgive him.

"By the way do you think our plan worked" Neil asked pressing the break as the car came to an halt.

"Yes,it did,I saw the way she was jealous when we were talking and laughing also when we were dancing"Riya replied opening the passenger seat door and stepped out of the car as Neil nodded noticing her frowning at them when they were talking and laughing.

"And also give me the good news soon"Riya winked closing the door behind her and disappeard in her house while Neil chuckled at his crazy best friend.

"Water"Nandani passed him the glass of water as he sat on the sofa took the glass from Nandani and gulped it in one go.

"Great now that you have relaxed a little tell me how did the plan go"Nandani  jumped on the sofa beside Neil while he kept a hand on his heart scared out of his wits.

"Would it cost you anything if you behave a little civil"Neil scolded while Nandani just showed him her tounge while Neil shook his head at her "And about the plan it was a success,Avni definetly has some feelings for me"He informed while Nandani nodded lost somewhere.

"What are you thinking Nandu"Neil asked seeing her lost and a little serious.

"Bhai are you sure about this all,you know after Mom and Dad's relationship you don't believe in love and all"Nandani asked as she doesn't want Avni to be hurt in anyway.

"I know where you are coming from but trust me when I say this I know Avni is nowhere near that vile lady and I want to genuinely give this relationship a chance"Neil cleared all her doubts and she nodded heaving a sigh of relief.

"By the way a small suggestion do take it slow"She stated taking a magazine from the table and flipped through it's pages while Neil nodded.

"Now enough about me,what about Manik and you how is it going"Neil asked resting his head in her lap.

"It's going well,he asked me yesterday to be his girlfriend and I agreed"She replied a big smile adorning her face and Neil smiled too seeing her happy and smiling.

Nandani started massaging his temples seeing him worn out while Neil closed his eyes and soon sleep took over him.

Avni's alarm rang as she shut it off burying her face in the pillow,she was awake all night and just slept two hours ago.

She checked her phone to see a message from Manik marked as "MA" which is their code when they have to share either a really happy news or either very sad news at their favourite cafe.
