Max was having a bad day. Nothing seemed to be going right, and he was feeling sad and grumpy. His mother noticed that he was upset and asked him what was wrong."I'm just having a bad day," Max said.
His mother suggested that he make a list of all the things he was grateful for. Max didn't think it would help, but he decided to give it a try.
Max started his list with things like his family, his friends, and his home. As he continued to write, he realized that he had so much to be thankful for. By the time he finished his list, he was feeling much better.
Max learned that focusing on the things he was grateful for helped him feel happier and more positive. He started making a habit of writing down the things he was thankful for every day.
