Izuku hacked the police department, he noticed how they started suspecting students because of the weird schedule. He got a letter saying that though he may be quirkless he still has a chance of getting into a different class or skipping the festival completely. Casually people would judge him, or even think he is cheating, so he decided to not be in the festival. So he was aloud to skip school and be excused from it as well. He took the chance to gear up and do a crime or 2. As he looked in the mirror he noticed improvements he could make. He realized he wanted a different suit.
"Later, I can see Death Arms walking to UA," he snuck out through the back, and broke a window to fake a break and entering. He went in his apartment and saw DA leave a shop with Kamui. He aimed and shot DA in the head. He fell and finally he left his place going for Kamui. He could take him out with his quirk if he lured him to a secluded area.
"WHY YOU VILLAIN!" And the chase begins. As Izuku ran he went to an alley that he knew had a dead end.
"STOP RIGHT THERE,"
"If I did, I would have a higher charge then Mt. Lady," she was a druggy after all.
"YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HER!"
"Mt. Lady kill count, 12. Extra crimes, buying drugs, and abuse of power," Kamui got mad and shot his arm letting it grow,"
"Big mistake buddy," Izuku said Mouth letting off an off color smoke, it had more of a green tint to it. The bottom part to his mask opened as a green colored flames launched out of nowhere. Or so Kamui thought, it came out of his mouth. Soon Kamui was engulfed in the flames as he passed away. All Izuku did was watch proudly as his green flames did its job.

When the nearby building caught fire he left. He quickly realized he would be on tight ropes soon he went home and used his disguise. He quickly called the police.
"*** what is your emergency?" A lady said.
"Hello I was just out for a walk when I came back the window to my apartment was destroyed and another was wide open,"
"Was anything stolen?"
"No I don't think so, but I can-" he stopped on purpose.
"What sir, why the pause,"
"Nothing was stolen other then a life," he sounded shocked.
"KID WHAT HAPPENED,"
"Looks like the person used my window to kill Death Arms," he purposefully tripped on something.
"We will come over there immediately! Stay calm and where are your parents,"
"Traveling, they do that often so I am used to being alone,"
