At the breakfast table jungkook told kai and yeonjun about the strict  rules they have to follow for the laptop  and for Jimin suga didn't make any rules
THE RULES FOR LAPTOP
1 laptop should only be used for 1 hour
2 laptop should be kept on his study table before they go to sleep

AFTER JIMIN CAME FROM SCHOOL
Jimin directly went to his room and started using his phone
