"What about Alex" I ask confused
"He is uh how do I say...seeing someone" abuelita says
Wow that sting.WHAT NO NO.
"Oh damn" I say trying to hold back my tears
"It is ok amor" she says pulling me into a hug. I'm the type of person that starts crying even if they simply am if I'm ok so I start sobbing.
"Why am I crying" I say confused and sniffling
"I told you mija you like him..give him time" she smiles holding my face in both her hands.
"Thanks for telling me I'm gonna go to sleep" I smile getting water and heading back to Alex room

"Are you ok y/n?" Alex says about to touch me. I move my hand out of the way and make a little bed on the floor. How dare he not tell me I'm supposed to be his best friend..plus I'm a LITTLE jealous

"Y/n stop it" he says stopping me from putting more blankets on the floor.
"What's wrong" he says making me turn his way
"You." I simply say
"What?" He asks kinda whispering and confused
"Your a liar!" I kinda shout
"What!no I'm not!" He says putting his hands up in defense
"Who's this girl Alex hm?.." I say smiling
"Oh.." he says looking down
"That's what I thought"
"Are you jealous..you look jealous" he smirks
"this isn't the time for jokes Alexander" I say looking at him
"Ok ok I'm sorry I just didn't want to tell you unless it gets serious and it's not she's..not my type" he says looking at me up and down. I roll my eyes.
"Whatever" I say about to lay on the bed of blankets and pillows I made on the floor. He grabs my arm and pulls me in.
"Yeah no we're not doing that" he says laughing a bit and putting everything back on his bed. He gets my arm and pulls me to the bed. And what he did next is shocking..We went under the blankets and spooned me and KISSED ME ON THE DAMN CHEEK.
"Uh" I say blushing
"Goodnight y/n" he whispers in my ear.

Ok no no I don't like this I feel to young

*in the morning*

Abuelita runs in.
"TIME FOR CHUR-" she says and sees me and Alex cuddling but this time I'm in his chest and he has his chin on my head and I have my hand in on his chest to.
"Huyyyy...man I miss berto" she whispers grabbing her chest and looking up
"TIME TO WAKE UP LOVEBIRDSSS" abuelita shouts. Me and Alex shoot up.
"No funny buisness your still 12" she says slamming the door while getting out.
"OH MY GOD" I say facepalming
"HA.." Alex laughs
"Let's get ready for church ding dong" I say getting up and grabbing my outfit and going to the bathroom to shower.

*after the shower*

I change into:

I walk out to the living room with my hair still damp.
"Looking hot y/n" Alex winks and smirks at me. Lupita smacks him in the back of his head and he quickly stops smiling and starts rubbing.
"Oh sweetie let me do your hair and A LITTLE MAKEUP PLEASE" abuelita basically begs
"Fine Fine" she smiles and takes me to her little curtained room. She straightened my hair and clipped it from the back
