~~~Aislinn's POV~~~
By the time we walked out of the Salon all of their leg were a bright cherry red colour. Niall, Harry, Louis and I were still laughing hysterically as we climbed into the van. Liam hardly gave us any time at all to do up our seat belts. He was already speeding down the street. The whole way home was completely silent except for the awkward giggles that escaped one of us every now and again. As soon as we pulled up at Eleanor's apartment we all went on inside.
"that was such a good bet. I am so glad we didn't lose." Niall said. As everyone spread off to shower.
"yeah it was." I laughed at the very recent memory. "anyways I'm gonna head for a shower." "ok. See you soon, love." Niall replied, hugging me one last time. I walked into mine and Liam's room to find that Liam was already in their sitting on the bed.
He surprised me when he spoke.
"how could you do that to me?"
"do what?" I asked, completely and utterly confused.
"humiliate me like that."
"how?"
"you made me wax my legs! I'm a guy! I'm not supposed to do that!"
"excuse me?! You're the one that made the bet! You can't put this on me!"
"really?!"
"yes really! What gives you the right to blame me when it wasn't even my fault?!"
"so it may not have been your fault this time, but what about all the others?!"
"Name one time!"
"Let's see there was the time in the supermarket the other day! Where's the condoms, we need them now!" he said, mimicking me. "oh and what about how often you have left me all by myself, bored and alone! Niall I love you, Niall my head's so far up your ass it isn't funny!"
"what the fuck?! Don't blame Niall for this! It isn't his fault you were injured in the fire! We can't control these things! I'm sorry you couldn't do anything these past few weeks! Why did you expect me to do?! Huh?! Did you expect me to sit with you for six weeks?! I was bored and Niall helped me from going fucking crazy?! Don't be such a jealous jerk!"
"well it would have been nice to see you every so often! Besides when are you going to learn to grow up?!"
"How dare you?! You know I had to grow up too fast! I'm seventeen and I had to step up because...because my parents! They died Liam! And then Dec...he committed suicide! I had to grow up so fast it's not fucking funny!" I turned and ran into the bathroom, slamming the door and locking it shut. I lent my back on the door and slid to the ground in a shuddering mess of tears.
~~~Liam's POV~~~
"How dare you?! You know I had to grow up too fast! I'm seventeen and I ha to step up because...because my parents! They died Liam! And then Dec...he committed suicide! I had to grow up so fast it's not fucking funny!"
Oh my god. How could I have forgotten? My stomach sunk as a heavy bundle of guilt formed in it. I am such a bad boyfriend. I can't believe I forgot that.
She turned and ran into the bathroom. I heard the click of the lock after the door slammed shut. I walked over to the door, the ball of guilt growing larger by the second. I knocked on the wooden door. I heard a sniffle.
"what?" she asked.
"Ais....I'm so so very truly sorry. I forgot and I should never have forgotten something like that. I swear to god I will never do it again. I love you so much. Will you ever find it in your heart to forgive me?" I said pouring my heart out to her. There was a moment of heart breaking silence before the lock clicked again and Aislinn ran into my arms. I wrapped them around her tightly and breathed in her familiar vanilla scent.
"I love you so much Aislinn."
"I love you too Liam."
She finally pulled away from the hug after about ten minutes. There were tear stains on her cheeks. She wiped her face with her hands.
"I'm gonna go for a shower now."she said.
"good you stink." I replied in a joking manner.
"you love me anyway." she replied before pulling the door shut.
