This is for @KNWLovesYou Sorry it took so long to update! Some of the events may be in a different order or done differently because my mind's a bit rusty and it needed to suit the story!
The sun was shining on the river Anduin as you and the fellowship traveled away from Lothlorien and further towards Mordor. On either side of the river lay endless forest and trees, looking like some impossible maze that could never be solved. You were sat on a boat with Frodo and Aragorn and as you looked around, you couldn't help but think of your past.
You had always lived in The Shire for as long as you could remember, but, you hadn't always fitted in. People had accepted you, and you had many friends, but you see, a lot of people thought you were just plain odd. It was probably something to do with the fact that you traveled. As in you actually left The Shire. And for some hobbits, this was too much.
Hobbits were not meant for travelling. They were not built to go on long hikes for a whole week without their elevenses and supper. But yet you found such enjoyment in it. In simply taking a weekend off from daily chores to go and visit some place you had never been to before. To meet new people and discover more of the world. Yes, Middle-earth had always intrigued you; so many undiscovered mysteries.
And this desire for adventure was the way you had ended up in the fellowship in the first place. It happened one sunny day, when you were roaming the halls of Rivendell. You often came to the elven city as a place to get some rest and food before you would head back to the Shire. So, you were walking along when you suddenly heard an almighty commotion as a horse came clattering into the courtyard. You turned your head to look across the balcony next to you and saw Arwen sat astride a white horse with a small figure crumpled in front of her. The more you looked, the more the figure started to look like a hobbit. But it couldn't be, why would Arwen be carrying a hobbit on her horse? You ran down to see what on earth was going on. By the time you had arrived a small crowd of elves had formed around the scene and all you could see was someone carrying the hobbit away. You decided you would find Arwen and ask her about it.

"(Y/N). What can I do for you?" Arwen asked as you entered her room.
"I was just wondering about what was going on outside before? I saw you ride in with someone and I had the strangest feeling it was a hobbit. Was it?" You asked, curiously.
"You have keen eyes, (Y/N). But yes, it was a hobbit you saw riding with me. What he is doing here I'm sure you shall find out soon. After all, it seems nothing can be kept from you!" She said, laughing slightly.
"May I see him? I might know him from the Shire!" You said, enthusiasm clear in your voice.
"Of course. I believe he has woken up and is speaking to his uncle." She said before leading you off to meet the hobbit who had merely been in Rivendell a day and had already caused much excitement and mystery.

You walked into the room after being told you could enter. You looked around to see a hobbit stood on the balcony on the other side of the room. Something about him looked familiar.
"Hello?" You asked. The figure turned around to reveal a face you were very surprised to see.
"Frodo Baggins!" You gasped. "What on earth are you doing here?"
"(Y/N)!" He sounded just as surprised. "So this is where you come when you go off on one of your adventures!" He said. He beckoned for you to join him on the balcony and you gladly obliged - you and Frodo had always got on and a small part of you liked him, a lot. Though you would never admit it.
