I step away from Min ho as I go to answer Q's question. Which Min ho and I have to answer all the time,
"We're not dating. I mean we would be, IF someone didn't shoot me down. You know, a year ago, when I confessed." I nod my head when I speak and cross my arms.
Out my peripheral vision I see Min ho rub his arm embarrassed. I sigh and turn back to him and hug him. I close my eyes and try to fall asleep. I'm too tired for this shit. I feel Min ho rub my head. Yes, I know I'm trying to sleep when standing. Sometimes I can do it, watch. After I had my eyes closed for about ten seconds. I fell asleep in Min ho's arms. He kissed the top of my head, without me knowing obviously,
"Min ho." Q speaks from behind him, "Do you like her?"
He looks up from looking at my peaceful face, "I- yeah, I guess so." He shrugs calmly to not wake me up,
"Well then go for it. I'm pretty sure she still likes you. Like she said earlier. You rejected her. She didn't shut down anything, like you did." Q smiles a little bit then turns around. While he was talking with their other friends, Min ho looks to me,
"You're killing me here 예쁜 여자 (pretty girl)." His smile dissolves as soon as it appears.
He kisses my head then lifts me up. He sits in a chair, (pretend they have chairs at the table.) pulling my thin curvy body on his lap. Just then did he realize what happened earlier. Yuri was holding Dae's arm. Are they dating? Why did no one tell me this? Why didn't Sun hee tell me this?
I soon open my eyes as my dream was getting a bit too good. That's when I heard a voice loud and clear in my ear,
"Okay, who are you?" I hear Q's strong voice in my left ear,
"I'm Kitty Song Covey." I hear the girl from before, I recognize her voice already,
"You're Kitty?" Q has a surprised look on his face as he looks at her.
I see Min ho look at her up and down over exaggerating with his head movements. I see Kitty look between all of us,
"Wait, are you Q and Sun hee? Like Q track star, fellow American, heart of gold? Sun hee pretty, smart, outgoing?" She sounds excited as she speaks,
"Guilty as charged. I feel like we should hug right now. Should we?" Q sounds happy that she knows him,
"That's me. How are you?" I look at her tiredly wiping my eyes,
"I'm doing fine I guess. I mean I found my boyfriend of 4 years cheating, so a little pissed and sad. But anyway, Q, maybe later. I need to find Dae." She states urgently trying to get to her task,
"So you're the pen pal?" Min ho ask with his strong accent coming through,
Kitty gets a look of understanding,
"If they're Q and Sun hee, you must be Min ho." she bows her head looking him up and down,
I feel Min ho bow with his upper half,
"Of course you are. Where's Dae?" she asks again as I move myself off of Min ho's lap.
I see Kitty look around and see Dae with Yuri. She speed walks up to them spinning Dae around by his left shoulder. She speaks as does Yuri as I strech and yawn. My back streched and popped. I feel someone come up behind me and cover my ass. I turn and hit whoever was touching me in the arm. I sigh seeing its just Min ho,
"뭐야 민호야 (What is it Min ho)?" I look at him annoyed,
"무엇? 당신의 드레스가 들어 올려졌습니다! 너의 하반신을 가리려 했어. (What? Your dress was lifting up! I was trying to cover your bottom half)." Min ho looks surprised why I would ask, thinking I felt my dress go up.
I sigh again feeling bad. I get on my tip toes and kiss his smooth, acne free cheek. He smiles and kisses mine in return,
"Sun hee?"
"Yes?"
"아직도 나와 함께 있고 싶어? 우리가 이미 있는 것보다 더? (Do you ever still wanna be with me? More than what we already are)?" He talks to me in a soft tone most likely not wanting people in this private conversation,
"글쎄요, 예? 나는 여전히 당신을 좋아하지만 당신은 관계를 맺고 싶지 않다고 말했습니다. (Well, I mean yes? I still like you, but you said you didn't want to be in a relationship)." I shrug feeling hurt with this topic being brought up,
"글쎄, 나는 그것에 대해 생각했다. 당신의 남자 친구가되고 싶다고 생각합니다. (Well I thought about it. I think I want to be your boyfriend)." I look at him shocked.
I felt my heart skip a thousand beats, and my hands get sweaty. He grabbed my hands and kissed my knuckles.
"I don't know what to say." I gulp and look behind at Q.
He smiles and puts two thumbs up. I don't know if I should agree and go on and be with him. Wow this got complicated fast.
