"I TALKED to her lawyer and she's fighting for custody rights for you and she's coming with evidence meaning that... you're going to have make a statement and get questioned on your dads parenting and moms." My dads attorney said
Ayla sighed and out her head in her hands as her dads hand went to her back to comfort her, "now i need to know everything from when you lived with your mother from when you lived with your father and then transition and messages from both parties, i also need all social media names to see if anything can point to you being abused in any way" he spoke
"listen can you give her a day or two? this can't be easy for her" Nicole spoke up as she stood behind the couch, as her dad sat on her left, ty sat on her right and the attorney sat in front of them
"i can come back tomorrow but i need the statement tomorrow and no one is permitted to be in the room as she tells me, i'll be back at 12:30?" Jackson; the attorney asked "yeah that sounds good thanks man" her dad said shaking his hand letting him out the house
"why would she want to do this now?" Nicole asked with her hand on her hip and forehead "i don't know, but she is doing it and we need to get ahead while we can, Ayla think of everything you can from good to bad for me and your mom ok? don't lie about anything, i love you" Her dad said sitting next to her
Ayla sat on the couch slouched not talking just thinking, "we'll let you guys talk" Nicole said hitting the side of Tys head making him get up and hold his head "ow" Ty said as they walked to the front door
"it's okay, okay? none of this is your fault" Derrick told Ayla "i can't talk about the things i saw, heard and felt there, i promised myself i would dad" Ayla said with tears forming within her eyes "it's okay baby, everything will be okay i promise" Derrick said hugging her

2 hours later and Aylas list looked like
mom • was never home • i had to provide for myself and others
dad • makes me clean my room when i'm sleeping
she knew there were other things, mostly good for her dad and all bad for her mom, but she couldn't get herself to write the bad things down or to think of them
Ayla sighed staring at her wall before thinking of a topic
• physical abuse • mental abuse • SA w/ mom knowing • left alone for days at a time • bullied by mother etc etc
while for her dad she had stupid stuff on her list like
• makes me clean room when sleeping • won't buy my shein cart • doesn't pull me out of school everyday • makes me eat his cooking
so she really didnt know what to write she could list only good things for her dad and only bad things for her mom, she slightly felt bad for her mom
but in a way she felt bad for herself too, cause she deserved a mother or love and cared for her like she was the most amazing beautiful daughter on the planet earth
and well.....
that's when
it went downhill
and lead to what she did in the end of everything ...
