So y'all probably asking yourselves... What the heck is the discord serum? Well in the end of chap 3 the mastermind told what does the serum do, and I'm gonna give you the full backstory and background to it
Th Discord Serum is one of the dangerous trinkets in the Tenshin Realm (The Overcomers Universe). It was created none other than Percy Signora herself
The serum is used for "puppets" that are controlled by their emotions. Like Kissy from Chapter 3 and the unused photo from the DV77 anniversary photos

Notice how Zoe and Kissys design are somehow different, Zoe has strings attached to her limbs and back, her eyes are fully turquoise, and her mouth is swollen by the serum. While Kissy doesn't have strings, her eyes are black and her pupils are just plain turquoise scribbles and crying out the serum.
Well that's because they have different emotions, Zoe's emotions are controlled by stress, anxiety, depression and exhaustion.

While Kissys emotions are not too plenty, her emotions are just rage, despair (lol) and confusion (based on chapter 3)
It is actually temporary and it can wear away if you are severely injured or triggered by word/quote by a loved one
And remember, Percy is the only one who can remove it but force. But one problem, she can take away the happy memories of a Discord Serum Victim as punishment, they will remember nothing but their traumatic/sad memories
The ingredients are: a tear of sadness Saltwater A drop of blood from a Signora Crushed quartz/jade/malachite Sodium (or Zircon) Any poisonous flowers (mostly Deadly Nightshade or the Rafflesia)
Percy is also once an Alchemist which is why she knew a lot about potions before she became evil. And yet the serum was declined by her father, and Percy agreed to abandon it until when she was corrupted by evil that was when she decided to bring it back. She used to serum to inject Tenshins who had been through some crap and let's the Tenshins express their emotions VIOLENTLY.
So in a nutshell:
Discord Serum is created by Percy Signora
The serum is used for "puppets" that are controlled by their emotions
The serum can last long if they are injured badly or triggered by a heart-felt quote by their loved-ones
Can be removed by Percy but can loose their happy memories as punishment
