Today was Thursday, the day i was said to be going back to school.

"Lana! Get up!" Fiona shouted for the 5th time in the past 30 minutes

I ignored her, rolling back over and snuggling deeper into my old mattress. Suddenly Lip opened my bedroom door, leaning against the doorway he began to speak.

"Get up, you got like 10 minutes till Fi kills you" He joked

"Im not going." I answered dryly, keeping my eyes closed as i faced the wall

Lip stared at me for a-few seconds before Fiona's voice was heard behind him.

"Well?" She asked Lip quitely

"She says she ain't going" He shrugged

"What? Why not?!" Fiona exclaimed

"Im dropping out" I said, my eyes still closed

"No the hell you ain't!" Fiona exclaimed angrily

"Its my education, and you don't even know what its like" I said finally sitting up

"I'll care what its like when your out that bed and in the building." She said sternly

"Look no matter what you say im not going" I sighed going to lay back down

Fiona began to become more irritated and angry, she stormed out the room leaving Lip looking at me in the doorway.

"Your seriously dropping out?" He asked

"You've seen me in that shit hole." I remarked laying back down

Fiona came back in 15 minutes later after Debbie and Carl had left for school, however Lip and Ian were still here.

"Get your shit and get to school." She said angrily

"Fi stop trying to force me. I'll just keep getting sent home whats the point" I huffed

"The point is you'll still have a chance to graduate!" She exclaimed

"Im dropping out." I reenforced

"Either get to school or get out." She said bluntly

"What?" I said confused, staring at her deeply

Ian and Lip stood in the hallway behind her, shooting eachother looks as Fiona stared at me

"You cant live here if you dont finish school." Fiona replied

"Your fucking joking?" I asked standing up

"No, im not." Fiona said angrily before storming out the room

Lip and Ian looked at me before i slammed my bedroom door angrily. I changed into some green cargo trousers, A black spaghetti strap top and a black zip up hoodie, my hair in a low pony with the front bits hanging loosely. I swung a green backpack full of my stuff over my shoulder before walking downstairs.

"Your coming to school?" Ian asked seeing me as i reached the bottom of the stairs

Lip was throwing on a jacket and Fiona looked in at me from the kitchen.

"No fucking way" I remarked

"What?" Lip asked turning around

"Im leaving." I shrugged

"Lana you cant just go" Fiona said walking into the living room

"It was your ultimatum, I made my choice." I remarked before opening the front door

"Lana!" Ian exclaimed

I ignored him and walked out, slamming the door as I walked down into the street, i wandered around the streets of shops and houses for hours, spending most of my time sat on park benches and street corners.
I had been wandering for about 4 hours when i passed the alibi, i hadn't eaten yet today and Kev probably didn't know i was homeless so i could scrounge some stuff off him.
