Here we are, a WH fiction with [somewhat of] a storyline!

Again, if you somehow don't know what a Kaiju is;

It's also literally what Godzilla is, as well as everyone else that's associated with him. [Mothra, Rodan, Ghidorah, etc.] (I don't know if King Kong counts tho-)

Bottomline, if you don't know Godzilla or what a Kaiju is, you may want to do some research before reading.

That out of the way, I shall now add in a few more details regarding what to expect in this tale!

First thing's first; Trigger Warnings.

Goes without saying but this involves: violent imagery, fighting, psychological horror, reader being used to being hurt, scopophobia [lots of eyes and eye contact], blood, possession, hypnosis(?).

I mean, it's a Kaiju against a psychological horror monster, what did you expect? [Plus, if you've ever watched something that involved kaijus, they always seemed to be fighting or angry, don't you think?]

[Note: as I write this, the WH horror elements are still pretty scarce for me, so this may change as I grasp the lore of WH. I suspect the antagonist may be one of the characters themselves *cough, painter and/or his house cough*, but if that's the case, i can always slap on the good ol' AU to this piece. [This note will be deleted once the lore is fully exposed.]

Now then. What else would this contain?

Well, you're a protector to the Welcome Home cast. Platonic fluff. Parental fluff? I mean, there's so much Xreaders revolving around romance, I hardly see anything where the reader is a guardian to them.

But, there's probably going to be some elements of puppy-love crushes from the WH crew.

[I don't plan on doing full on romance until WH has been thoroughly expanded upon/Clown is comfortable enough with his creation. Whenever that may be.]

And finally?

Reader is gender neutral. Obviously, if you've read my headcanon book with Kaiju reader in it.

Aaand, some traits have been updated from that as well, and updated the design slightly to be a touch more accurate. [Get to the reader headcanons to know what I'm talking about]

But enough rambling. Time to get to the story.
