BABY MAMA.
[ CHAPTER EIGHTEEN ]Jayde was now Thirty - Eight weeks into her pregnancy and was completely over being pregnant. Her due date was March Twenty - Seventh which was two weeks from now and she couldn't be anymore happier. The way she was feeling at the start of her pregnancy had came back but it felt ten times worse.
She was either always tired or constantly having to pee, everything was swollen and it felt like she was carrying twenty pounds in her front with how heavy her bump was. Her boobs were swollen with milk and her nipples were so sensitive it hurt to even just wear shirts so majority of the time she was shirtless — something Jack never complained about of course.
Shortly after New Years Jayde had moved from her apartment and into Jack's house which was definitely a long process. But it was better and more convenient since his place was much bigger than her apartment and mostly all of the Baby's things were at Jack's house, at least all of the big things.
It took Jack a few weeks to convince Jayde to move in but she finally gave in and everyone helped. Most of the stuff in her apartment she gave away because it was either old or she just didn't need it anymore.
In one of his spare rooms they set up the nursery the same day they helped Jayde move in because if they didn't do it then it wouldn't have gotten done before the baby got here.
"Damn, I forgot to tell Jack to get the blueberry bagels," Jayde says, opening the pantry and seeing there wasn't anymore of the bagels she liked.
"I guess I'll just have to eat these plain ass bagels. This is not how I wanted to start my morning," Jayde sighs, popping both halves of the bagel into the toaster and grabbing the cream cheese.
As soon as she leaned back up from bending down she felt a sharp pain run through her body, making her gasp loudly. She took a deep breath and held her lower back with her hand and sat the cream cheese down on the counter.
At first, she thought they were braxton hicks because her doctor told her that she would start to get the false contractions around her due date. But then they got stronger, longer and closer together and that's when she knew they were real contractions.
Jack was gone running errands and the only people who were at his house besides Jayde was Clay who was upstairs playing video games. She had also left her phone upstairs so she couldn't call either of them unless she went all the way upstairs.
So she was he was stuck having to endure the contractions until they lessened up. The best thing she could do now was walk around the house, because when she sat down it was very uncomfortable.
She walked around the living room, the kitchen, and the backyard for a few minutes before he went back inside. It was the middle of March and it was real cold outside, also she didn't have any shoes on when she went out.
