it's raining again, its been raining all week.
i love the rain.
thats probably why i'm sitting here staring out the window watching each individual drop hit the ground of the deck with a smile on my face.
"Y/n-chan~! i've made you some hot chocolate~!" sanji swooped in with a tray of drinks in hand
"oh, thank you sanji, i appreciate it" i grabbed my drink with a small smile on my face
his heart eyes grew, a small bit of blood falling out of his nose "of course! anything for you~!"
sanji then went looking for the other girls, while i went back to watching the rain
i'm sitting in the library part of the ship, it was added when i joined the crew
its connected to my room aswell
naturaly you can imagine this is the least popular room with all the energetic people on the crew
mostly robin and i use it, occasionally nami will come in to find something along the lines of maps, and sometimes franky stops by, usually looking for books on mechanics and what not
but other than that its very quiet in here, which is why i like it so much
*creak* i hear the library door open
i turn around to see who it is "oh hello Y/n i didnt know you were in here" robin said as she walked over to me
"hi robin, yeah i'm just sitting in here because of the rain, dont want to get sick chopper would be very mad" i smiled
"indeed, though the rain is very lovely this evening, i would also not want to get sick" she said as she sat down on a near by love seat
"yeah, what book are you reading this time around?" i asked as i took a sip from the hot chocolate
"i'm rereading the "Tales of morak" what about you? any interesting books your reading?" she asked as she flipped a page in her book
"not right now, i just finished a book, i'm still trying to figure out what to read next"
"i see, well than i suggest you read one of the story books from section eight row three, i found some very interesting love storys that i think you would like" robin suggested
"i'll make sure to look, but you know i'm not very into those types of books" i said with my head resting in the palm of my hand
"yes i know, but you have to read at least half of those books, they are very good" robin smiled
"i will i promise. oh hey would you happen to know where luffy is? i just remembered i have to talk with him"
"i think he was playing outside with ussopp, i sure hope he doesnt get sick" robin made a worried face
"thanks, i'm gonna go now, enjoy your book robin" i stood up with a stretch
"i will, have fun" robin smiled while waving
"yup i will" than i walked out of the library
i slowly made my way to the front deck, i could here laughter all the way from here
"ahahaahah!" luffys signature laugh
when i opened the door to the front deck, i saw luffy and ussop chasing each other, most likaly playing tag
i stood there for a minute just watching
"hey there y/n, watching him again huh"
i jumped a little "nami keep it down!" i wisper yelled
"why so i don't alarm your crush~" nami teased
i blushed "n-no he is not my crush" i looked away
"rrriigghtt sure thing, whatever you say" she walked through the door to the front deck
"hey luffy!" nami called
luffy stopped to look over
"yeah!? whats up!" he asked
i panicked, nami looked back at me, smirked then looked back
"its nothing! nevermind!" she yelled
"nami! you scared me" i pouted
she just laughed then walked off
i walked through the door out onto the grass of the front deck
luffy stopped running when he noticed me
he smiled "hey Y/n! what are you doing out here?" he asked as he walked up
"nothing really, i just wanted to talk to you" i said, a hint of pink on my cheeks
"oh cool! wanna go get a snack!" he asked
"wont sanji get mad at you again? dinner isnt for another hour" i said a bit worried
"naw, its fine! come on lets go!" he grabbed my hand and ran towards the kitchen
we snuck up to the door, trying not to alert sanji who was cooking dinner
we quietly came into the kitchen, snuck past sanji into the pantry
we both grabbed a hand full of snacks then snuck back out of the kitchen
once we were out of earshot luffy burst into a fit of laughter
"how did he not notice us!" luffy kept laughing
it was contagious, i started laughing too
both of us sitting out on the front deck in the rain laughing, the rain didnt even feel cold, not when luffy is here at least
he grabbed my hand, he tried to suppress his laughter, he pulled me out of the rain towards his room
when we got there he pulled me over to his bed, sat down, and motioned for me to sit next ot him
i sat down, my arm still holding the snacks
"here lets put those on the bed" he took the snacks than put them on the bed in front of us
he grabbed a box of crackers, opened them, then offered me some
"you know we dont get to hang out very often" he said
"what are you talking about we hangout all the time" i said while grabbing a snack
"yeah, but i mean just the two of us, not with chopper or ussop, or any body else, just us" he said while looking at me
"oh in that way than yeah we really dont" i looked over to him
"i dont like when the others are bothering us, i want it to just be me and you" he laid his head on my shoulder
he yawned
i froze for a second "um yeah, same, but i'm still glad we have them as friends"
i also yawned
i heard some snoring, i looked over and luffy was passed out on my shoulder
i yawned again, i tried to resist the urge to close my eyes but i failed
30 minutes later
nami knocked on the door, then walked in when she didnt get an answer "hey luffy do you know where y/n i- *gasp*" she covered her mouth
what she could see was two people cuddling together fast asleep
she quietly walked out, a smile on her face
