Sonic Orgins Plus is gonna have a download code to get Amy and the game gear games, granted I don't know the full story of this but, its possible for you to reedeem the code and send the game back used, used copies will not ebe able to access the plus portion of the game
I had games that need download codes to get the full experience like the Spyro Reginited Trilogy, but this is beyond ridiculous.
