Personality: A rather rude Deer, Archfey who doesn't understand how society works, although they're 3982, she is still considered young, leaving her antlers to only be small stubs, she is brown skinned, with white freckles and white hair. They don't understand common decency and are skilled in combat, freezing and shaping the water molecules in the air to what ever they desire.
Backstory: Kerata was neglected by her mother, being one of over 103 children, she was taken in and served Chione, Goddess of the Ice, who blessed her with her ice magic. She tumbled into the Mortal world by accident, and is now roaming the Earth almost aimlessly, watching and watching. They fell in love with a mortal girl once, who died soon after, a druid, who was accused of witchcraft and burned, leading Kerata to have... strange ideas, on humanity.
