i bit at my bottom lip nervously. it's been a whole week but the house was finally finished.
luke had laid out all the letters on the floor in order. both of us sat on the floor across from each other as i lifted another one up. "can you read them
to me?" i asked quietly, my gaze dropping to the floor.
luke grabbed the letter from me and spoke aloud.
"dear michael, i wanted you to forget about everything, but i guess i was your everything."
i looked up, the blonde swallowing the lump that had formed in his throat.
"you weren't my everything." i said quietly. he nodded slowly.
"you were my nothing."
