At Void Media, we take our 3 values extremely seriously. Thus, it means a lot if you follow these.

★ ✧˖° — I. HARDWORKING.
In Void, it is incredibly vital that trainees work hard towards their debut, as it will happen faster if you put the work in. With our incredibly helpful staff you will be on top in no time.

★ ✧˖° — II. RESPECT.
Here, we like to remain respectful, civil and kind to our peers. That means no bullying, and if anyone receives any sort of rude messages, or anything derogatory, please let us know and we will deal with it.
Everybody will be treated fairly here.

★ ✧˖° — III. TALENT.
Please make sure you attend your monthly evaluations, as these are incredibly important for your journey with us. Evaluations are a great opportunity for you to earn a lot of points which will lead you to your debut (point and class system is explained further on in the chapter.)

★ ✧˖° — IV. CONFIDENTIALITY
One thing that is extremely important to us is confidentiality. Us as CEOs value that, as you can tell. So, in order to join Void Media, it is vital that you agree not to share personal information withheld from the public about others within the company to people not in the agency.
