*TW: Brief Mention of R*pe and Dr*gging*
Third Person
The next day, Arlette woke up bright and early, earlier than Harry even, to do some studying.
She pulled out all of the journals she had collected from Heather and put them out on Harry's bed, reading through each one at a time before dawn. Due to her gift of intelligence, she could read exceptionally quickly, therefore she got through every journal by the time Harry naturally came to for their private training. Arlette kept quiet despite having done so much extensive studying that she knew the ins and outs of Heather's mind, all she did was tell Harry she'd read all the journals and knew her plan, otherwise, Harry got no other answer.
Arlette went hard during training, catching even Harry by surprise a few times with her signs of aggression and anger, but he handled it well of course. Though, she was quiet even during their private training and their group training, and she didn't even look Heather in the eye when she arrived.
Gil asked Harry if something was up with Arlette, as her behavior was something the entire crew was noticing fast. Harry knew she was thinking about her plan that she had yet to put into action, so he simply said she was alright and left it at that.
Arlette on the other hand was simply holding her cards close to her chest at all times as she thought out her plan one last time. She had finalized her plan as they wrapped up their training, and only then did she casually pull Gil aside and let him in on what she was about to do, and how he could help her with her plan. He gleefully agreed, happy and ready to assist in getting rid of Heather once and for all, which she was planning to do right before lunch service.
But first, Harry had to talk with her.
While Arlette parted ways with the rest of the crew and lingered down at the ship to collect her thoughts and the goods, Harry lingered in the kitchen and waited for the crew to settle before taking a breath and preparing himself. All morning he'd thought about this very moment that was about to arrive, the moment when he confronted Heather and told her that he knew the truth.
Harry took his deep breaths and found comfort in knowing Arlette was going to come through the back door he stared at soon, that Heather couldn't do anything without Arlette ruining her plans if she did lose her mind. Sure, Harry could snap Heather in half if he wanted, but he still didn't like how she was and how manipulative she could be. Knowing Arlette was coming soon was his motivation to get this going, so he took one more deep breath before pivoting on his heels and walking to the door leading to the dining room and swung it open a little bit so he could shout,
"Heather, we need ta talk, in the kitchen now"
Heather perked up, a grin immediately growing on her lips as she had been dreaming about the night she had with Harry last night since he threw the rock at that window.
Heather was absolutely swooning over what that last night entailed, she was certain this was the beginning of a new beginning, the one she'd been wishing for so long. She happily walked away from the table the crew was beginning to sit down at and strutted on towards the kitchen, happily passing by Harry before he shut the door,
"What's up? What do we need to talk about today?"
She said in a light tone, going to the island and leaning against it she simply couldn't help but think about putting herself in a certain position so if something romantic were to transpire it would be easy for Harry to initiate it... when that was the last thing Harry was thinking about.
Harry slowly turned to Heather, his rage beginning to surface as he looked at her in a completely different light. Even with the way she looked at him right now, now he knew what was truly going on in her head, and it did nothing but disgust and infuriate him. He slowly approached her now, putting his hand out onto the island next to her, and her breath hitched. She was certain now, this was something... but Harry only got so close so she couldn't get away. He slowly leaned down and whispered, the rage becoming clearer in the back of his eyes,
