"They were about to discover that the Treehonians preferred to say nothing at all, rather than saying something bad about others. This made getting accurate answers to specific questions extremely difficult!"

"I don't think he's telling us everything." Said Oban, who was wearing his serious expression as they left the chamber where they had just met King Wanet.

"I agree with you cousin, there are things which he isn't sharing with us," they could both feel his concern over this, and that the King felt extremely guilty for not telling them.

"I also feel something else," Aquila, held her head to one side in deep thought as she searched to give her feeling a more tangible description.

"He is ashamed of something, and that is why he's withholding it from us. Oban's eyebrows arched high on his forehead in response, as this was something which he had not expected. However, he was learning, with every new duty which he attended, something new or unexpected always happened, so the unexpected was something he was quickly becoming used to.

"We know virtually nothing about Princess Rotoller, (Oban frowned), if we did, it may provide us with some clues where to look for her," at that very moment a senior member of the king's household appeared, and they asked him for his assistance. He was happy to help and told them the people who knew her best were her tutors, of which she had three. One who taught her academic skills, another who taught her the social skills and graces which were required of a Princess. The third, however, he said nothing about and avoided mentioning. They waited patiently for the identity and trade of the third tutor, which was not readily forthcoming.

"Can you feel that same awkwardness upon him? It's the same feeling as I got from the King,"

Aquila was speaking to Oban telepathically.

"We feel your discomfort and concern," she comforted, and his cheeks flushed and went red, as he looked towards the ground in embarrassment.

"We need to know the facts to begin our investigations," she continued, as she lifted his chin so she could look kindly into his eyes.

"I don't want anyone to think that I'm speaking badly about her," and he blushed even more.

"You're not speaking badly about anyone!" she confirmed. The King has asked everyone to assist us in our duty, and we asked you the question," and he gasped awkwardly in response, and nodded positively.

"The third tutor is a seer (witch or wizard)," he said with considerable shame, and again he looked at the floor.

"Thank you. Please believe me when I tell you that you haven't spoken badly about anyone, and our conversation is a secret and safe with us." Aquila, put her hand on his shoulder to show him she understood just how difficult it had been for him to tell her that.

"One last question, please. What are the tutors' names, and where can we find them?" And he jotted the details down for them on a piece of paper.

"So that explains the embarrassment," replied Oban, as neither of them had ever heard of a Princess who practiced magic before.
