What is the difference between them?

Your: Belonging to or associated with the person or people that the speaker is addressing. Ex: your book, your cat, your dad.

You're: This is a shorter version of You Are. Ex: You're beautiful, You're smart.

You: Used to refer to the person or people that the speaker is addressing.
Ex: Are you listening? When did you leave?
