XIX: Heart Didn't Forget

Y/n visits Nayeon again, she goes inside the room seeing Nayeon playing video games while Nayeon sees her and takes off her headphones

"Y/n.."

"I brought you oranges" Y/n smiled and goes to her

"Why did you come back?" Nayeon asked

"Because I want to" Y/n smiled

A little later …

"Do you want to go for a walk?" Y/n asked

"You won't walk, that's why I also went to buy a wheelchair"

"You don't have to do that.."

"It's my own choice, now c'mon" Y/n helps Nayeon walk out of the room

"Should I carry you?" Y/n asked

"But you can lift me before" Nayeon said

"Maybe I can now, hop on" Y/n kneeled, Nayeon is hesitant and doesn't want to

"Don't kill the joy, Nayeon" Y/n chuckles,she gave Nayeon a piggyback on the way downstairs

There Nayeon's parents and Yeri are at the living room, the wheelchair is also there

"I'm gonna take Nayeon out for a while, guys" Y/n said

That night …

Y/n still stayed with Nayeon, they're in her room while her parents and Yeri just let them be because Nayeon needs her right now. Y/n is peeling the oranges for her, she gave Nayeon one

"You don't have to sacrifice your taste buds again, you don't have to eat orange if it's not your like" Nayeon said

"But I want to right now, so let me" Y/n chuckles and ate a piece of orange, it got silent for some seconds

"Why are you doing this?" Nayeon asked

"I want to take care of you"

"But why?"

"Because when we were married before, you were the one who always looked out for me. This time, I want to be the one who's looking out for you"  Y/n said

"Are you sleepy now?" Y/n asked, Nayeon nods

"Then you should rest for the day"

Next day …

"Are you sure you can take care of Nayeon alone?" Mrs Im worriedly asked

"You guys deserve some break and I know you borrowed money from some people and for you to pay it, you have to work. I can take Nayeon from here, mom" Y/n smiled

"Thank you very much, Y/n. I owe everything to you"

"Of course, mom"

Some time …

"Does it taste good?"

"Super, I miss your cooking"

"What about Mina? Is she okay with this?" Nayeon asked

"Let's not talk about someone that's not here" Y/ns slightly smiled

"Did you two break up? I told you Y/n, you don't have to sacrifice your relationship with her. You shouldn't have chose me again"

"Just eat" Y/n said

"I'll be back, I just ordered food and I'll wait for the delivery. Message me if you need anything" Y/n said and went out of the room

She left the house then Sana calls her phone

"I heard the news, you're gonna take care of Nayeon now?" Sana asked through the phone
