{Y/N} laid in their bed, their back flat down on the mattress, their head turned to their window, watching the sun rise in the distance, another all nighter completed, and sighed. Sleeping had been getting harder and harder, And they had already tried everything, from Toph's questionable tactics, to whatever it was that aang tried, even having Sokka attempt to sing a lullaby, nothing had worked, or even shown signs of working, and they could feel the insanity creeping in, but they stayed in bed longer, watching the sun rise higher and higher into the sky

"{Y/N}, Time to get up," Katara said, walking into the room, seeing them laying on their bed, "did the water bed not help?" She asked, sounding almost like she had expected the outcome, as {Y/N} sighed

"It did not," they said, struggling to get out of the bed, what once had seemed solid had now turned into a jiggling mess, making it extremely difficult to get off of, let along move at all, but eventually They got off, and walked past Katara and going to the stairs

"Okay, that's it," Katara started, making {Y/N} turn to look at her, their eye bags so bad that they had started getting eyebags under the pre-existing eyebags, waiting for katara to speak, "Seems like we only have one final option," She said, and {Y/N} slowly blinked

"And that would be..?" {Y/N} asked, raising an eye brow to the water bender

"Get Aang and Sokka, we're heading over to Ba sing sey," Katara said, and {Y/N} immediately knew what they meant, and who they were going to see,

"Katara, I really don't think having tea, and playing a strategy game with an ex war general is the best way to help me sleep," They said, still getting up and into something more comfortable as Katara waited outside their room

"Maybe, maybe not, All else has fail so what's the harm in trying? If it doesn't work, I'm sure Sokka will find another dumb idea, like, knocking you unconscious or something," Katara said as {Y/N} walked out of the room

"That is a horrible thing to say, You know he would try it if he had the chance, if not on me, on himself," {Y/N} pointed out, and Katara simply shrugged

"You just go get Appa ready, I'll get the other three up," She said, and {Y/N} sighed, walking out to the giant stable behind the house. It wasn't their house, just some abandoned place they had found and decided to fix up after the 100 year war, which the G-Aang used as a pit stop while they were out with Aang keeping up the peace

Unfortunately it was mostly Katara and Aang when the peace watch was happening, what with Toph running a metal bending school and Sokka helping run the southern water tribe with his dad, The amount of gross sweet couple things {Y/N} had to listen to during the day and night Aang and Katara would rest, would be enough to make them wish getting knocked out was an easy thing

"Alright Appa, Looks like team Aang is heading out now, Time to get up, bud," They said, opening the door to be meet with a gust of wind as the large sky bison exhaled, messing up their already messy hair more, "Yeah I feel you there, bud" They spoke, walking over to him and Climbing up, looking in the saddle to see the winged Lemar Momo, already eating what seemed to be the breakfasts Katara had packed for everyone

"Wow, you work fast," {Y/N} said to the small animal, who simply looked to them, before climbing up on their shoulders, "Yeah yeah, I've missed you too buddy," They said, scratching under his chin as he rubbed his face against theirs

It took a while, but {Y/N} eventually got appa up and out of the building, having to use the hay they had as bait, but they now had appa at the eating station, watching the big fluff ball eating breakfast, and working to get some stray hay out of his fur

"There you go, big guy, Hope you're eating everything I have, I won't be back here for a while," {Y/N} said, knowing how long it took the G-Aang to get from place to place when things weren't a rush, and they sighed
