Full of greed, many tell themselves they are satisfied
Yet our heart is strange, would it be so denied?
Our cruel hands pull the earth apart
Then claim it a feat when little trees we plant.
With wires and metals we invent
And that in turn, we fear.
When God made man did he in doing so, the earth destroy?
What say we from our tongue that holds the seed of life?
What pull we from our thoughts, from whence a world can form.
