Chapter 12
"Do u maybe want to ... umm hangout... with.....me"
Finally finishing their breakfast both went to their rooms , jungwon was busy thinking of a way to spend time with her , mind working frantically , but nothing came to mind , suddenly he thought of his hyung quickly calling heesung waiting patiently for his to pick up
"Hello jungwon , what's up" the older one said "He hyung I need help" He heard a giggle from the elder "let me guess , u want me to help u with her" jungwon nodded with a small yes explaing how he should asked her to hang out "look kid , I can't help u with this , you need to go and ask her yourself" heesung said "but hyung what if she says no" he said on the verge of pulling his hairs "wow jungwon , get a grip, lover boy, if she says so the first time , then try again until she does say yes, and from what I know she isn't the type to say no easily" jungwon signed as he said "it's different with us hyung , I was not what she wanted"
Heesung could feel the hurt in his voice "fate is an amusing thing it gives you what u want in the most unexpected way" the eldest said , jungwon was about to reply when he heard a knock on his door ,"umm jungwon" she said hesitantly
"Sorry hyung I have to go" He said as he hung up before his hyung could answer , he quickly made his way to the door accidentally stumbling on the way , once he opened it He was mina about to knock again "hi" He said ,but a rush of embarrassment hit him "really jungwon , hi ," this thoughts were cut off by the girl
"Umm I-I was just wondering if your free the next weekend " she said looking at his hopefully, how could be say no to her "yes, but why" He asked ,knowing she can't be asking him this without a reason "My parents are throwing this small family dinner , just some close relatives , they asked me to see if your free, it's okay if u don't want to " his heart leaped mentally thanking his in-laws for the opportunity they've given him "yeah sure , why not" He said , relieving the poor girl of the emdaressment infront of her nosy and curious relatives ,putting an end to the girls thoughts he said
"Do u maybe want to ..,. Ummm hangout... with ... me" he said fearing the response of the girl before quickly adding "we can go to the mall to shop for some clothes for the dinner too" the girl nodded shyly with a small okay " Okay great , umm..,I should probably get ready" He said excitedly as he saw the girl giggle at his cuteness "see u downstairs in 10 minutes jungwon" she said cutely jogging to her room , this is progress he thought
After exactly 10 minutes , or 5 for jungwon he had came down waiting for his wife in the living room scrolling through his phone , he had chosen a casual shirt with jeans . "I hope I didn't make you wait for long" He looked up to the source of the voice finding his wife coming down the stairs in a flowly dress topped with a baggy checker button shirt her hairs in a ponytail with her curtain bangs neatly styled making her look like a porcelain doll making the boy stand frozen admiring his wife's beauty on the other hand the girl blushed seeing his eyes stuck to her .... buy why
"You look ... gorgeous" He said quickly looking away because of the words that's slipped his tongue, to save himself the rest of the emdaressment he walked to the garage making the poor girl follow his long strides
Finally after settling in the girl asked were they were going "you chose , what do u want to do first" she was hesitant and he noticed "don't hesitant, tell me what u wnat to do" He said smiling at her , she nodded and a smile blessed her lips as she said "there is this dog cafè .... I wanted to visit" she said just happy by the thought of the cafe , he had smiled looking at her getting excited by the smallest of things "then the dog cafè it is" He said
Settling inside the cozy looking cafè they ordered their drinks as dogs came to them wanted to get petted , playing with the dogs as they both secretly stole glances at eachother , admiring one another secretly, the boy was sure of his feelings , but was the girl ready to give her heart to him
"They're so cute" the girl said looking at the coller on the white puppy reading his name "wonie" she said out loud , making jungwons heart heart accelerate "huh" the boy questioned, mina looked at him with widened eyes seeing his furrowed brows, realisation hit her like a truk making her cheeks flush in embarrssment
"N-no , that's not.. what i ment ... i-its his name, wonie" she said referring to the little puppy , the boy giggled at her flustered self "it's okay, but I won't mind , if your the one saying it" He said looking straight at her . She looked away , after finishing their drinks they decided to go to the mall
He opened the door for her as she got out , they went to a store looking for something they liked , it didn't take long as the both of them didn't liked shopping much , after picking his outfit , he send it to pack as he went to his wife who was deep in thoughts looking at the dresses
"Have you decided yet" He asked as she flinched , she turned looking at his apologetic face "jungwon" she said holding her chest "don't scare me like that" she finished her sentence as the boy smiled apologetically "I'm sorry" she resumed to see the dresses Finally picking 2 , one of them light blue dress and the other was light pink , both gave off a casual and easy going looks , wanting to hear an opinion, she turned to jungwon who looked like a lost cat
"Which one do u like" she asked him shyly as he looked at the dresses and then at him "pick whatever you like" he said tilted his head as if to say is this even a question, not expecting this answer she pouted disappointmeng evident on her face as she said "pick one jungwon" she said as he pointed at the blue one , "this one but I really think u should get both" He said as she looked at the dress before handing it to sales men making their way to the counter , jungwon signalled the sales man to pack the pink one too as he nodded
Mina was about to take out her card as jungwon beat her to it making her widen her eyes "it's my treat and your my wife end of discussion" He smiled cheekily leaving no place for argument as he walked out carrying the bags, as a flustered girl followed him ... why was she affected ...?
