Yep it's Tulin from Tears Of The Kingdom! If you've played Legend of Zelda Breath Of The Wild, you may know him as Teba and Saki's kid (random fact but put their names together you get "Tebasaki" a.k.a fired chicken in Japanese). Anyways he has grown, very much in Tears Of The Kingdom and how much he loves Link IS SO FUCKING ADORABLE! Anyways some small spoilers to Tears Of The Kingdom but theres this small version of him which you can let follow you around and I have it on. His hits with his bow are always critical hits so he's really helpful as well as cute.
