Ok so this is a Driller/Kréme idea.
Killer has been with Nightmare and Cross in past relationships and they both dumped him for one reason: he was super clingy.
But when Dream started dating Killer he was warned by Cross and Nightmare that he was super clingy.
But Killer almost never cuddled with him, held his hand, or any of the other very clingy stuff they warned him about. Killer only cuddles with Dream after he forces him too and when Dream has to get up Killer seems hesitant to let him leave but does end up letting him move after a bit.
And you can take the idea from there have fun!
