When the lights came to fall into the void, and the surroundings got suddenly black, a shot emerged in the room they were in. Filled with boiling worries and doubts of life that has been led until now, Bellus' hand was about to crush the skull of the Order Officer. To end a so futile demise that would return with hundreds of others.
But the force of the bullet ripper through it first, making the man fall before the hand reached it.
With Bellus' eyes still observing the same place the man stood a second ago, his confusion grew as the shots brought down even more of the men around. One by one, their confusion grow, as did their screams of entanglement.
Just when he was about to watch the men fall down to an unknown predator, a hand grabbed him from besides and suddenly pulled away from this death field.
Among the bodies which have just fallen down, his steps were tangled, being pulled by a slim hand of a girl, which spread his fright to him. But as the fear grew, a strange light of hope also appeared on the horizon. That was until, in the half darkness that occurred from the electricity being turned off, a dim ray flashed before their eyes.
"You're here guys! How good!!!" — A girly voice emerged from the shadows, calling them over.
With the guns being blindly fired around, a russian roulette was not to be shot in this maze. But as they got to the other side of the corridor, the silhouettes of people being dressed in black, techwear outfits, could bring only joy to them. Dodging the blind bullets, the ones fired in return were destined to meet their targets. Being lightened by the skill of Meridies, officers were targeting them and not the ones that tried to stealthy pass by to the other side. Like the instincts of the ancient moths, the human warriors senses were brought in by the light.
"Aura felt you here!" — She vigorously exclaimed, not limiting her happiness from seeing her comrades.
But as she saw only two of them, her enthusiasm faded shortly after. The field of light got faint, to the displeasure of the others.
"Meridies! What the hell?! We need to finish them off!" — Aura tried to yell over the gunshots.
"...Asha isn't here."
"What?!" — This time other voices could be heard too.
"Shit... We need to find him." — Ignis tried to lighted the way up by using his fire lightening skills. — "Let's retreat for now!"
Waving his hand, all of them followed him into a narrow corridor, leading to an unknown place. The few of the officers which were left seemed to have stayed, as if...
"...What if they call for help?" — Silen shouted displeased.
"They will definitely fucking do it, so run faster moron!" — Noctis being behind him, he hit him in the back with an open palm, making Silen wail with pain.
"How... Come you are here?" — Bellus' faint voice sounded in the corridor. — "I didn't let you in."
"...It's a long story..." — Meridies sighed as she run out of breath.
"Fucking long story?! These three left out to watch the surroundings have done whatever they fucking did, but not what they were told to do. If not my fucking sense to feel danger we would be long dead!" — Aura shouted while madly glaring at the men that were given the task to observe the building for any uncalled forces. — "Before someone told us they infiltrated the area, we couldn't wait for the door to be open, we just blown it up. It's not like we could be hidden any longer and wait for damn what."
"Hey, it's not my fault don't give me such a look! I was doing my job as ordered, it's the other two tha-"
"Shut up!" — The others interrupted Silen's annoying wailing, making him frown with disappointment as usual.
