Can transform into a mermaid when in any form of liquid. Can control water if she's in mermaid form, and can control/speak to aquatic animals.
Requires alot of water, if dehydrated she passes out. Only can be a mermaid for a certain time range, between 5 m utes and 5 hours at a time.
