You quietly opened the door to Hongjoong's room.

You came over to see him after a terrible day but after arriving at the dorm, to your surprise, he wasn't the one to greet you at the door but rather San was.

He told you that Hongjoong was in the middle of doing a livestream with the fans but you were welcome to come in to see him regardless, as long as you were quiet as your relationship is still very private.

You watched Hongjoong lift his head at the sight of his door opening.

At first, he thought it was one of the members, but his eyes lit up when he saw you standing there.

You peeked inside, hesitant to step in just in case.

"One second." He said to the fans watching before he put his phone down and came over to you.

He didn't have to ask you if something was wrong or if your day had been bad because he could see it by the look in your eyes.

So instead of speaking to you, he just pulled you into his arms and held you tight.

His hand brushed across your back in comfort and his lips brushed against your head softly as he held you close.

"I didn't mean to disturb you. I can just hang out with the boys until you're done." You quietly told him.

"Don't be silly, baby." He said. "Come on. You can stay with me. I'll make sure that you're out of the frame and no one can see you."

He took your hand and led you to his bed before sitting down and picking his phone up.

You sat down once he held the camera up high enough to where you wouldn't be seen and you instantly placed your head on his lap.

He smiled and put one hand on you as he kept the phone steady with his other one.

"How's your day going?" He read aloud. "Great. It actually just got a lot better a couple of minutes ago. Things are good."

You couldn't help but smile, knowing you were the reason behind that.

He continued to answer questions from fans and he tried to keep his eyes on the screen, though they did wander a little as he couldn't help but stare down at you on his lap.

Your eyes closed somewhere along the way as his fingertips brushed across your cheek and then, eventually, he scratched your head a little, which you found to be quite soothing.

The sound of his voice and the touch of his fingers were comforting and you couldn't help but close your heavy eyes as you felt all of your worries and stresses fade away, all thanks to finally being with him.

You smiled a little as he moved his hand to reach for yours and you grabbed ahold of it before intertwining your fingers, happily holding his hand as he continued to talk.

The fans asked questions about him, the boys, the comeback, and more.

But all Hongjoong could really focus on was you.

Eventually, you drifted off to sleep, so content with your boyfriend that you just couldn't help yourself.

He stared down at you again after a moment and a big smile pulled at his lips when he saw that you were fast asleep.

"Thank you all for watching. I'm going to go now. Have a good day!" He said before ending the livestream.

He turned off his phone and set it aside before he gave you his full focus.

He leaned down and kissed your head softly and your eyes fluttered as a small smile pulled at your lips.

"Are you sleeping?" He whispered and you didn't reply, so he knew you were still fast asleep.

He laid back on the bed and gently moved you so your head rested on his chest instead.

He pulled you into his arms and held you tight as he began to play with your hair and kept his eyes on you.

He was so happy to have you there in his arms, even if you were sound asleep and not doing much of anything with him.

All he cared about was being able to hold onto you.

"I love you." He whispered softly as he leaned down, kissing your forehead lovingly.

And as you continued to sleep, he held you tight and didn't disturb you, knowing that you needed all the rest you could get after the bad day that you had.
