TOBJIZZLE on 17 april 2022, the world lost one of the best people on it. one year ago, i lost my soulmate, best friend, and other half of myself. i've spent the past year in pain, as i'm sure so many people have. this was one of the last photos i got of niamh, a few days before she passed. she was always smiling, even when it hurt her to. we can't take the time we have with people for granted because it can all be gone in a second. spend time with the people you care about. be there for each other when life gets overwhelming. time is valuable, something i learned the hard way. if you are ever feeling like you are alone in this world, please reach out to someone, because you're not. someone will care, i promise. there is nothing that compares to the pain of losing someone you never thought you'd live without. one thing i've learned, though, is life goes on without the people we miss. and there is nothing we can do about it. so live it whilst you can. i love you niamh❤️

BEHZINGAGRAM as a survivor of an attempt at suicide myself, when we lost niamh sawyer a year ago today to suicide, i was shattered. she was like a sister to me and i felt so guilty when i got the news. i kept asking myself how it was fair that people were there for me and not for niamh. recently, i've realised that it wasn't about the people that weren't there. it's about the fact we didn't realise soon enough, because how could we? she was always smiling and lit up a dark room. she still does, i swear. i wish she would have reached out and gotten help, so please, if you're in a dark place, seek people out who will light you up. we love and miss you so so much niamh❤️ rest easy
