1 month later,
It was the big day, Bucky kicked Sheri out after his alarm off. He laid in bed for thirty minutes as he stared at his ceiling. Delanie was sipping coffee as she stared at the moving boxes in her living room.
They both wiped stray tears they didn't know fell till they rolled down their cheeks. They didn't want their friends at the wedding, so cousins and siblings made up their wedding party. At the ceremony there was no handwritten vows, it was all traditional.
At the reception, they were forced to dance. During her father/daughter dance Victor looked at his daughter.
"Honey I know that you are just trying to accept this cause that's who you have always been. But I can tell you are upset and I'm sorry I had no idea this was legally binding we had lawyers look it over before we told you and James." Victor said
"I understand." She whispered as she kept her head down.
During the mother/son dance Winnie tried to talk some sense into Bucky. He just let it go in one ear and out the other.
After the reception, they arrived at the renovated home. Bucky leaves to head to the bar while Delanie stays behind as she unpacks her stuff. He doesn't return till 4 in the morning after staying at his mistress Nova's place having sex.
