"You love me but you won't come see me"
Third person Pov
David had been getting many missed calls and texts from the older male but ignored each one not in the mood for his nonsense. He had been doing his schoolwork online not having the strength to go into the building. "David" Joandra says walking into his room.
"Yeah?" David asks and Joandra gave him a sad smile before sitting down on David's bed. "The look on yo face has been telling me all I need to know it's obvious you in love" Joandra says and David felt his eyes widen and he let out a scoff. "Trust me your way off base" David says and Joandra gave him a look.
"Oh really? Come on the look on yo face when you check yo phone from time to time, the distraught and exhausted look on yo face a lot of the time I know what that means" Joandra says. "Look even if I am in love I don't wanna know it cause that'll make it hurt more " David says.
David didn't wanna say it was love since he didn't really know Matthew like that and their relationship is only associates with benefits/teacher & student. "When I first met Ethan ion know what it was but we connected almost immediately and I was losing my mind" Joandra starts.
"I was always stuck in my own head looking exhausted and distraught and I smiled whenever Ethan would text me just to check on me I didn't wanna be in love but I was and when I accepted it I was happy cause I got the love of my life" Joandra says and David shook his head.
"Trust me this is very different from you and Ethan's romance" David says. "Not really you may not realize it but the person your in love with loves you back. As you know I'm a little crazy and have my issues and even though I get on Ethan's nerves and he calls the cops sometimes he still loves me" Joandra says.
"If they love me so much how come they ain't come see me?" David asks. "You didn't give them the green light" Joandra says with a shrug before leaving. David then looked down at the messages that consisted of things like 'can we talk?' 'I miss you ma let's talk about this' 'please answer'.
David sighed before debating on if he should respond or not.
