"Wow!" Hangman gapes as we file in.

"Awesome right?" I ask.

"No..." Hangman shakes his head in disbelief. "Definitely not—awesome. Is that a pool table?!" He grabs some of the boys and leads them off.

I walk to the bar, my mom is no where in sight so I lift up my arm to ring the bell. The bar is practically empty with it being such a random time in the day. After a few seconds she comes running out of the kitchen.

"Oh." She gives me a confused look after she has looked around the room. "Hi honey..."

"Never in my life have I seen someone upset that they have business." I remark, pulling myself up to sit on the bar.

"Oh it's not that." She comes to sit beside me. "Amelia and I have a day trip planned. I'm closing in a few minutes."

I hiss as I try to think of a solution. "Well." This could be a very bad idea. "Could we stay?" She opens her mouth with a very concerned expression. "Here me out! We won't steal anything, it will all be left as it is, and if something does happen to get broken I will personally pay for it." I grab her hands. "Please mom." I plead.
