The mission drags on as the moon fades behind clouds the area is darker. Sabito is flirting with you when a third monster appears. He nudges you back as he battles.
The demon leaps over Sabito and charges for you with teeth snarling. Preparing your flame attack when suddenly it flares into nothing but ash. Sabito's water flinging across the battle as he leaps in front of you protectively and destroys the demon before you.
"I could have handled it! You shouldn't have got in the way!" Scolding him for saving you. "I am not weak... Please don't look down on me."
Sabito whirls around his hands out as he squeezes the air with his fingers in frustration. "Ahh! Don't you get it? I will always step in between you and danger. It's not that you are weak. It's just..."
Raising your eyebrows as you fall silent he lets out a sigh and hides his hands in his pocket ashamed of his outburst.
"It's just what Sabito?"
His voice is soft as he admits, "I will always be worried about your safety.."
Blushing as you stand there in silence as his words make you realize how much he likes you. Taking a step closer to him as your gaze gets soft, "Sabito..."
He looks at you from under his lush eyelashes an adorable expression as he waits to hear what you'll say. "I'm sorry... I just... can't bare the idea of you being hurt."
"Sabito... thank you for saving me. I appreciate you caring for me... I am also a demon slayer though. I want to prove that I can be a good comrade to you."
Sabito gives a slight smile as he ruffles up your hair. He turns his face to hide a blush, "I like that idea. Come on... let's go find Giyuu."

"Well we finished the mission early." Giyuu says as he looks to you with a slight smile. "I heard you did really good. Seems training with Rengoku is paying off."
You beam with happiness, "Thank you!"
"I got an idea!" Sabito says as his head lifts up and he slides his hands into his pockets giving a cool stance, "Let's go celebrate with drinks. The night is still young."
Giyuu grins at the idea, "Fine but you are buying this time. I refuse to get stuck with the bill again."
The people of the town are thrilled that their heroes will be staying the night as the offer their nicest resort suites. A room for each of you as a reward.
