THIRD-PERSON POV

Hyun-Su sat in the car, his gaze locked onto the screen of his phone, his expression distant as if trying to escape the family trip unfolding around him. The atmosphere inside the vehicle was thick with tension, and it wasn't long before his father shattered the uncomfortable silence.

His father, feeling the rising tension, finally broke the heavy silence that had settled over the car. "Hyun-Su, how long are you going to behave like this?" His voice was stern, cutting through the ambient noise with an edge of frustration.

Hyun-Su looked up, his face a mask of surprise and annoyance. "What?" he snapped, the irritation in his voice barely concealed.

"Honey." his mother interjected, trying to diffuse the escalating tension.

"Dad, why are you ruining the mood?" Su-a's voice chimed in, clearly irritated. She clicked her tongue in annoyance, her displeasure evident.

Her father's reaction was swift and dismissive. "Then when else would I have the chance to talk to him? He never leaves his room. Why are you ruining your own life?" His frustration was palpable, his words dripping with disappointment and exasperation.

"Stop it. This is supposed to be a family trip. Hyun-Su came out to join us," his mother defended him, her voice trembling slightly with a mixture of worry and protectiveness. Her eyes darted between her husband and son, hoping to defuse the situation.

"So what? Should I be impressed?" his father retorted sharply. The car's atmosphere thickened with discomfort, the silence that followed heavy and oppressive. Hyun-Su's emotions, pent up and boiling over, finally erupted.

"Fuck."

"What?" His father's eyes met Hyun-Su's through the rearview mirror, his expression a mixture of shock and disbelief. His mother turned around, her eyes widening in surprise at her son's outburst.

"You make me sick." Hyun-Su spat, his face flushed with anger. He glared at his father, his eyes blazing with frustration. "I'm so grateful you earn money for us just to neglect your own son."
