And I didn't know at all that my dad was mad at me for a reason.and he pulls on my hair again my mom looks at me like I done something wrong but I didn't do anything and my dad says something I couldn't make it out what it was cuz I was scared of him.
I didn't know what to do so I just cried and begged him to let me go. cuz I was cleaning my part of my room.

My mom was mad at me cuz I was arguing with her about something and I couldn't remember what it was but all I know is that when she got close enough to me she grabbed my head and pushed my head against my mattress causing me to gas for air and I was crying. I told her why was she coming after me and instead my brother?
She said "to keep your mouth shut unless if you want me to break it."
Because something triggered me that day and all I know is that I got mad at her cuz I was crying then she found one of my notes that said "go kill yourself" which I referred as myself.
because that was suicidal a lot and I attend to hear voices in my head that tell me I'm not good enough or something like that.
