a normal 9am history class plays out as a 14-year-old Sky was seated in the front row of the class, in full view of the lesson and the rules are front row, front page as the student's saying goes. front page means she's a part of the honor roll for short, smart then and her boyfriend for 1 year and 9 month, a 15-year-old boy named William whose a hockey and soccer player sat at the back with thier mutual friends Mike, Andrew and Anthony— the twins, and James

talk about how their friend group works, Skyelar Barrett is the only girl in the friendgroup, she's the first girl to ever talk to those boys in elementary and ever since, the boys had been trying their best to protect her

she's the little gem of the friend group, she's the favorite person of the boys
she's the princess and no one gets to hurt her, if someone did. thats someone is dead meat

Will's eyes wonder around as he gets bored, a boy who's name is Tyler is using his phone under the desk, another boy named Hayden is Laying his head under his black hoodie, that dude is that kid who everyone is scared of cause he might pull a school shooting, then Emily Partkin is looking directly at William. William shifted uncomfortably

"Emi wants you bad bro" James joked

"weird, she's friends with my girl too" Will said and shook it off

after the class finishes, James pulled Hayden and made fun of him, then Sky heard a punch

"James! oh my god! let go of him" Sky said hitting his head as James pushed the kid up a wall

"no,Sky. look at this idiot" James laughed

"let go of him!" Sky pushed James to let go of Hayden, worked cause James fell on the floor

"sorry, Hayden. go now" Sky said as Hayden smile to her

"what is wrong with you, Sky! he was a daft anyways" James said as he got up

Sky laughd at the comment but let it go

"he's not a daft, he just don't like talking and you better leave him alone" Sky said as she walked out, William following behind her and the twins

Soon, they reached the cafeteria and got thier foods, William ordered pizza and got 3 juice box in whice the boys thought are thiers but immediately got slapped off by Sky, arguing that the juice boxes are Hers and William's

"that too greedy, me and my brother can share one" Anthony fight back

"i can drink two, one isn't enough" Sky argue back

"she in her red day" James comment as he walked behind Sky, she rolled her eyes

She then saw Hayden sitting alone so she tried to approach him

"hey" Sky said as she sat down next to him

"sorry about James Carter. he's just a dick sometime but he's a good boy if you get in his good side" Sky apologize wholeheartedly

"why are you friends with them?" Hayden ask curiously

"cause they never let anyone hurt me. they protect me like thier little sister so~ i think thats why" Sky smiled

"don't trust- no. they're not good. I'll shoot them soon" Hayden said as he stood up then leave Sky utterly shocked

"what happened?" William approached

"He - i- " Sky stuttered

"breathe, lets go to the field, that'll help"

"HE SAID WHAT!" Anthony said in shock

"should we- we should tell our teachers" Andrew said with a scared expression

"don't be scared, idiot. he's not gonna do it" Anthony said to his brother

"but if he do? maybe he have a gun in his backpack? what if he does it now? what if-"

"stop! you're scaring sky!"James interfered

"jesus, He's not gonna do it" James said as he laid down on the grass underneath the bleachers

"I'll tell Mister Richards" James said

"and your stupid fucking tattoo?" Sky said with bits of anger in her face

James stupidity got a hold of him and he got a tattoo in his left hand in which Sky spent almost a 100 dollars for products to cover it

"its covered, you covered it today, remember?" James said then leave

"he won't do it, its fine" William said as he kissed Sky's forehead
