First off, thank you for indulging me with your time. I do have a story to tell. And tell it I shall, but know this, there are such things in the world that cannot be explained, confirmed or denied. Things of this nature may only, at best, be considered as a metaphor of maleficence. And at the very least, these things can only be endured. For what else can we do with evil, but endure it? All in hope that we may somehow survive it — if we so dare. Therein lies the key and a warning.
What you have before you isn't a book or a short story, it is a graphic novel. In other words a big-ass comic book whose art work has yet to be rendered. Until then, we will craft this tale together, you and I. With a little prose and a little imagination we will find ourselves within the Bloodlock. Just be sure that whatever you may find there, you leave there. Darkness has a way of lingering on people.
